I've gotten calls for months. Sometimes there's a recording, sometimes there's no one there.

Nothing will be done unless people start reporting them to the correct agency.

If anyone is interested, I'll draft a group letter that each of us will copy and send to our congressperson with a list of who's receiving it so that they're actually motivated to prosecute these people.  The fine multiplied by all of us would probably be enough to buy a luxury car.
