Still getting calls from this spoofed number (two so far today).  Still not answering (and never ever going to answer).  This number is still blocked (and will be blocked forever).  Idiots.

This number has called four times in the last two days. Tried to call back the number, only to get a message from AT&T that the number is not in service. This IS a telemarketer as they have left messages of "May I speak to...." "Hello" and then hang-up

This number has been calling me multiple times a week for months.  I never pick it up and they never leave a message.  Wouldn't it be fun if someone invented a simple device that could be attached to any phone and when a telemarketer calls, a button could be pushed that would emit a loud, screeching siren in the ear of the caller?  May not be as effective as call blocking but it would provide entertainment for those who are continually annoyed by these people.

Youtube user recorded a call from this number.  Should make it quite obvious that these people are not to be trusted.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

Report your callers here, not just to the DNC alone:

    https://esupport.fcc.gov/ccmsforms/form1088.action

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

At least two calls per day from this number. There are also calls on either side of these that come from different numbers, "Private Caller", "Direct Assist", and other such ID spoofs. It is really the phone companies who are criminally negligent here, as it's very simple for them to block such calls today, but they choose not to. In the meantime, the game of cat-and-mouse continues, and sales of blocking-phones skyrocket.

I just wish there was a way to become as much of a nuisance to the telemarketers as they are to us. I sometimes fantasize about what I'd do to them if I found them, but then I take a chill-pill and think more pleasant thoughts...like what I'd do to them if I found them.

I watched the video noted (unnecessarily repeatedly) above.  It's boring.  The guy sounds like most of the weirdoo's that used to call before I finally caved and bought a Panasonic call-blocking phone.  No more weirdoo's.  I highly recommend the 250-call blocker phone or any other device that will block these calls.  It's a small price to pay for peace and serenity.

I think the video is important in that it documents the elements of the call: he doesn't say who he works for or what he is soliciting about, and he doesn't provide the required contact information.  Once he is notified that he is being recorded, he doesn't hang up; instead he plays a weird mind-game.

He has a distinct voice and manner of speaking; somebody somewhere will be able to identify him.

As noted above, a youtube video/recording was posted 2 days ago, that is associated with this number.  It is worth listening too.  Underlines one reason NOT to engage tele-scammers in any conversation.  I would not want someone like old "Mark" to have my phone number, and maybe my address as well.

The scammer is just creepy as ****.   When he tries to be creepy and scary, he is just sort of strange. He has a flat voice, with almost no feeling or affect, so when he is NOT trying, that my alarms go off.  He ain't healthy.

Well at least it was entertaining!
