You should realize the calls are being placed by computers, robots. They don't know anything except how to dial numbers at random and/or repeatedly.

It's just that simple - our phones do not ring when CRIMINALS call.

this number 818 883 0413 identifies itself as "Canoga Park." They call every day - sometimes several times per day. I have blocked this number but the phone will still ring when they call - it rings once then the blocking service kicks in. They have your number on some kind of repeat dialing device - they have no business calling you other than a scam business.

Called again - blocked again - our phones do not ring - not even once!

Guess where the negative comments are coming from...THE CRIMINAL CALLERS!!!!

Panasonic makes several wireless phones that block full telephone numbers (area code and phone number.)  Sold on Amazon and at Costco.  Blocked numbers will not allow your phone to ring.
Di*it*ne makes a blocking device that blocks entire area codes as well as full telephone numbers.  The Di*it*ne also blocks all "private" and "out of area" calls - automatically.  Currently, we have over 160 area codes blocked.  When you block an area code, potentially you block 6,000,000-9,000,000 phone numbers.  Should you have friends or family in a blocked area code, simply "invite" their phone number into the Di*it*ne blocker.  They can call right through.
CRIMINALS can rarely make our home & business phones ring - the rare occasions that they do, they get BLOCKED!
We own the Panasonic phone and 3 Di*it*ne blockers.  One on each of our two business lines and one on our home line.

Scuzzballs called again for the 17th time.  17 calls in 3 months.

These CRIMINALS call nearly everyday.
Not to worry - they are blocked and our phones do not ring - not even once!
