Listed as Canoga Park, but then shows up as "Out of Area" for that calling area.
When we called the number back, it is listed as "out of service". Another
scumbag telemarketer who keeps calling hoping to hook a dumb homeowner.

We NEVER answer unknown calls - and nether should you!  DON'T call them back!

Yet another invasion of privacy junk call from this number.  Didn't answer (never have, never will).  And this number is permanently blocked.

There's a lot the phone companies could do to stop these calls --Despite the Do Not Call list, the unwanted robocalls keep coming. The problem is so bad the Federal Trade Commission asked computer hackers for their best ideas to block these calls.

Just think...if no one answered criminal telemarketer calls, there would be no criminal telemarketers!

Four times this morning (so far?), this business has rung up my number, listened all the way through my outgoing message (which states, in part, that all calls are screened, so to state name, number, with brief message), but then the cowardly (or stupid?) caller hangs up.

If this is a legitimate (hah!) company, this is no way to solicit.  At least have the nuts to say SOMETHING... perhaps the product or service you have to offer might be of value to some of us.  In MY case, however, I truly never, ever support solicitors, so would not buy from any of them.
