- Lurker replies to BP| 1 replyThanks BP, not sure if you would be willing to share this info but you've apparently worked closely with a lot of the principals in this project or been at meetings/events with them - from those raising money to those working for the production company. What are your thoughts on what happened and about some of those you've interacted with? Was this just a bad chain of events that happened, bad mgmt., bad strategy, etc ? I know personally I feel somewhat duped by those who called ALL the time during the money raising period and then the calls and communications just stopped cold once the s*** hit the fan. I'm not sure how I would react if I ran into any of them in he future , I have zero respect for them.
Hope you weren't terribly hurt financially and are able to move on from this. I am doing my best to move on, and chalk this up to life lessons learned the hard way. - Doubt It replies to LurkerI highly doubt BP is in close personal contact with these people. If so, BP sure is not sharing information that is worthwhile if they are indeed sharing information with BP. Go back and look at the track record of these people via Box Office Productions and the various movies they have produced. That is definitive. That provides insight into their methods and how the projects performed. Begin with Alpine Pictures, follow to Box Office Productions LLC, BOP II, III etc and then Legends of Oz LLC. I finally put this behind me other than to occasionally check here to see what is being said. Wishing all Peace. Joy. A Merry Christmas.
- WHO is BP| 4 repliesFrom researching these various posts it appears that certain posts come from "within" the camp and continue to insinuate some form of "hope" or "legitimacy". On the other hand, there are many posts that are of an honest and inquisitive nature, imbued with the frustration of this debacle. The fact that this nonsense has whittled down to information being distributed by a third party ( bridge group) that appears to operate out of a postal drop is right inline with the basic business structure. There is, and there has never been any form of transparency. All that was shared was Hype. Greg and Neil just lied it appears. Where have they all gone? Shouldn't the investors that paid their salaries been informed of what was going and that all entities were ceasing existence. I am the only one concerned that everyone has disappeared, and we are left with the only something we have become to know as BP to inform us. I am very curious why he has "inside" information and why he only wants to continue hyping this nonsense. Why not just post contact information for the Carroll Brothers, Greg Centineo and Neil Kaufman? Where are these guys? Centineo must have made some good money on this. He appears he started a new company in Florida. Are they all in Florida?
- Fubsy replies to WHO is BPIt looks like superstar Greg is now a principal of this company - www.pulse.co
I received an email from The Bridge Group. In it says - If you have any questions with regard to the details of the current 10 point plan with StereoVision, Inc. and what it means to you, please contact 'Inspirational Vision Media' (IVM) CEO,
Steven D. Previch, directly at 813-382-3569 - BP replies to WHO is BP| 2 repliesI am just an investor, like some others on this site ,and have been concerned just like all of us.
I have taken the time to dig into to this unfortunate situation . We all new what we were getting into if we read the ppm,.RISK All I am trying to do is to keep as informed as i can and to see if there is any possibility of keeping this thing alive. Difficult at best - Buddy Paris replies to BP| 1 replyJust another salesmen that made money selling shares in this train wreck. BP was part of the Centineo Road Show that flew around the country acting like big shot producers but were just scammers. Same group that will sell you a multi level marketing schemes, Ponzi schemes and other money making scams. Anything to turn a buck and fleece the gullible. BP has contact info for all the players I'm sure.

- Lurker replies to Buddy Parishmmm, I remember the name Buddy Paris from somewhere is this whole debacle, but my recollection was he was just an investor. But some investors may have also been fund raisers. So is the Buddy Paris posting here the real Buddy Paris, is BP the real Buddy Paris, or is someone who knows Buddy playing games with him. This has no value at all , it's just a reflection to me of the mess this whole thing turned out to be.
- Md replies to SEC FILING| 6 repliesWill Greg and company come back for more?
- Sr replies to Md| 5 repliesIt doesn't sound like Greg ( and the girls) are involved any more. The conference call info doesn't mention him.
- Jk replies to Sr| 4 replies$5 a share....we can only hope
- Lurker replies to Jk| 3 repliesDidn't hear the call but are they saying this new stock will go from $.05 to $5.00???Based on what? Also, pretty sure the stock swap is not going to be one for one. I'm going off memory from the press release , but I think the ECOZ/DOZ shareholders are going to be getting 33,000,000 shares in total, and there were more than 33,000,000 shares outstanding between the two. Also think I remember that Alpine is getting 33,000,000 shares - why?
Only good thing about this swap is that after a year you can sell the shares and get out of this. - Jk replies to Lurker| 2 repliesAt this point, I'll be happy to get out.
- Hart replies to Jk| 1 replyThe history tells the story. Listen solely to your own legal counsel. Believe nothing you hear from anyone in these companies. Press them for a return of your money. If you press hard enough, and long enough, through your lawyer, you may receive a return of your money. Do not communicate with them, except on legal paperwork through your attorney. If you persist in listening to those who've lied and stolen from you, then you may never see a dime. Remember, they are still in business today. They want to stay that way. If you believe, you will prevail.
- Burker replies to HartNot sure how that is possible, if that was the case there would be lawyers all over every shareholder trying to get them to sign up with them for a suit against the company for their investment and damages , with them (the lawyers) getting a cut of the settlement. I can't believe out of the 1,000's of investors , none of them have talked to a lawyer and any lawyer who thought there was a case for one client would certainly think there would be a case for 1,000's. I see lawsuits filed all the time over a stock drop on bad earnings, I would think numerous lawyers have looked at this and said "eh, you took a risk and lost".
Have you done this and been repaid? If so, why doesn't your lawyer want to have the business of all the rest of the buyers? Most people involved in this likely have too little invested to have a lawyer just take on their case, if they even think there is a case. Isn't this just a bad investment that didn't work out because of various reasons? I don't think there is any money to pay anyone anyway, that's why they are doing this stock swap, so they can start things up and raise more money for various projects.
Anyone know when the stock swap happens and when we get actual shares? - Agreed| 1 replyI would wholly agree that it would be foolish to believe any nonsense shared by anyone associated with this mess. Why would any company take on debt and issue upwards of 50,000,000 shares of stock to acquire dead inventory? At $00.05 at 66,000,000 shares ( maybe more depending on what all is actually involved) the are issuing $3,300,000 worth of stock. How can the company even be worth that amount? Additionally, it appears that they have assessed that to even begin the process they need to raise $300,000 in seed money to raise money. As far as the stock nearing $5.00 per share. well, that is a valuation of $330,000,000. Does anyone see any value in this company? obviously, the management team has to be rather uneducated.

- Hart replies to AgreedDo not communicate with them, except on legal paperwork through your attorney. If you persist in listening to those who've lied and stolen from you, then you may never see a dime. A thousand, or two in fees, compared to writing off your initial investment of ten to twenty +... How badly do you want your money back? Yes, it has happened. Read the histories listed herein. If they're still in business, then you still have play. Don't you see that?
- Personal Assets| 2 repliesI feel that it is worthwhile to go after each of these people individually. The Carroll brothers, Neil, Greg, (Greg's sales team) any person involved to scamming money. Bring them all to court. They all put way to much in their pockets. Maybe we can start by having them pay back all those commissions.
- Caller: Summertime
- Burker replies to Personal Assets| 1 replySeems like a tough road to take , especially with the time that has passed, don't you agree? Have you looked into this? What would your suit grounds be? Were you a non-accredited investor but they let you invest anyway?, since they were paid commissions, were they licensed to raise equity funds from investors in the states they raised the funds ? What lawyer is going to take a case where the client has invested $50,000?
Another poster talked about how the new company was going to look to raise $300,000, how can they not raise $300,000 from the Summertime crew and the ECOZ fundraisers with all the money they raised and that they were paid in fees and commissions ? If this is such a great deal , why wouldn't they put up $30k each to get this off the ground? Will have to listen to the call replay to get more info.
