Called and had all my info on my car and hung up on me

This is a scam. Do not give them any of your information.

these people start talking about car warranty  they are RUDE and hang up on you.  there should be a way to get them to stop bothering people.

I had Auto Reject on this number but thought I would check again.   Thanks for the confirmation that it's a scam.

Keeps calling and doesn't leave message.

Tried calling back, can't call, call shuts off.

So I always get this number and the app on my  phone blocks it before I can even look at it.  Well I wanted to be petty today and give them a hard time so I called them back from a different phone number.  And guess what????  The number has been disconnected!!!  Proof it's nothing but a scam anyway!!!!  Sharing for the other folks  that this can help out.

It call all the time at different time of the day and night. Tired of these scammers.I Don't answer if not programmed  in phone. And they don't leave a message either.

So for the past couple of days this phone number has been calling me every single day for a car warranty scam. I don't ever answer the number and will not be calling back to have my phone number removed from their database (validates the number).  I only know because I called from a different phone number that they will be unable to sell these scams to.  But why are these people continuing to call and harass people and where did they get the information from? I googles "car warranty scams" and per the FCC these calls are illegal.  They didn't have to tell me that but I wish our government would do something about it!!!!

Nothing like handing a child over to a possible child molester.  Since these are criminals calling you certainly don't know who is on the other end.  Sounds more like child abuse to me.  As a parent you should know better.

Called on my cell from "Vehicle Services Department."  My cell number is NOT associated with any vehicle on the face of the earth.  Asked for my wife.  Her name is not on the title of any car on the face of the earth.  Called from California.  The car has never been in California, nor is the car manufacturer in California, nor was it purchased from a California dealer.  The caller would not identify the name or location of the company their services department represented.  Would not explain why I would extend my car warranty in California when I and the car are thousands of miles across the country.  Would not explain what the warranty extension would cover.  Would not explain where the extended warranty would be honored (would I have to bring the car to California to get service?).  Hung up when I asked him to explain why I should extend my warranty with a cold-call stranger when my very reliable and well-established dealer is right down the street.

I have done the same thing and they CONTINUE to call me. So irritating.

Today's call makes call #271 from these car warranty a$$holes!  I have reported them to the Do Not Call List, as well as my state's Attorney General.  Both are very ineffective and do nothing to stop this harassment!
