Now that's funny but so true!

Calling me about extending warranty on a Dodge Ram.  SCAM!  I've never owned a Dodge Ram, but the aggravating part is they call at least two or three times a week.  They used to call 5-10 times a day.  It's always the same story about a Dodge Ram but they have my name and cell phone number, and they just keep calling.  I ask EVERY TIME to have my name removed but they keep calling.  My cell phone has been on the DNC List for several years.  I get calls anyway.

You gotta stop answering and block the number. Everytime you answer they'll sell your number to other scammers.

Called again this afternoon while I was gone.  The number is already in my call blocker but shows up again on my CID.  Odd.  No message left this time either.

I have these numbers coolling me Over and over every day how can I know who it is and how to stop it

Has called me everyday 2 times a day and after the first 2 times I have block this number. This has been going on for 2 years.

I do not answer the phone anymore

Saw phone number on caller ID and didn't recognize it.  I didn't answer. Will put on Auto Reject.

Calls my cell.. No msg. Blocked after reading these comments. Thx!

Fight fire with fire. Here is what I do.
Me " Community Free Clinic, would you like to schedule an appointment to discuss your communicable disease with a physician"?

Scumbag Telemearketer - uhm uhm uhm

Me " excuse me we are trying to run clinics here, would you like to schedule an appointment" , "Dr, Jones can you get me that fax please, I am trying to get the person on the phone to open up and discuss their medical realated condition with you".

Me again "mamm if you are not ready to schedule your appointment please disconnect, think things through and call back when you are ready, we have a lot of callers after the holidays and cold weather is a very busy time of year"

Being retired I do not have anything better to do. I learned this after listening to Tom Mabe "Revenge of the Telemarketer" on youtube.
It has almost stopped unwanted calls since they probably annotate "medical facility" in their list.
Recently I didnt do this and today I received 2 calls, tomorrow back to the fun calls. Until a month ago I did this for 6 years. I do not hesitate, if I do not know the number I answer it like that. If it is important and I know the person on the other end I explain to them that it is my attempt to screw with the telemarketers.

Trust me it works.
