Said that they were calling on behalf of Citi Serve / process server for court documents to be served to me tomorrow. The man on the phone said that his name was Thomas Webb. He said he is coming to my place of employment to serve me court papers between 3 and 5 ,told me to have a form of ID on me so he can verify who I am. I told him to please show up at my place of employment and he will be arrested. I also told him that if there was a court case or an arrest for me that either the local police would come to the house or the courts would send a letter in the mail. Don't provide these idiots with any information about you. They are scammers.

Want even better luck, don't provide any kind of an answer, either. A whole slew of numbers with no kind of answer add up to misery for telepests.

Some one claiming to be a process server left msg on voicemail says that he will be coming between 3-5 tomorrow at residence  or employment. Need ID or DL to prove who I am. Claims that there are documents. Left case # and this (832)271-8241. Calls from unknown number.

I got a call from the same company but the person's name was Orlando Smith and he left a number of 713-965-4985. He said that he had papers to serve me - I thought that it was a scam because I never received anything in the mail and usually process servers don't call before they serve papers to anyone. I am glad that I checked this out.

This is a common ploy by criminals masquerading as debt collectors who are attempting to extort money from people by scaring you into believing that you will be criminally charged, go to jail, lose your driver’s license, have wages garnished, be sued, and a variety of other variations on this,  all for an alleged or nonexistent debt.  One of the tricks they use is to call your work place, friends, or relatives repeatedly in an attempt to shame you into paying.  They also use the “process server” ruse who calls and claims he is going to serve you, but then says you could avoid it by calling another number

I got a call from a man , do not remember the name, asked for me but before I said it was me (and I never did) I asked who was calling.  He said he was from citi serv and had papers to deliver and I told him he has the wrong number and that we get calls like that all the time.  He said OK and said he would take the number off the list.  I am sure this is a scam

Exact same thing for me yesterday.  I got a call from Jerry Osborne (caller ID said unknown) fro Citi Serve  stating he was and independent contractor for Palm Beach County and had papers to deliver to me between the hours of 3-5 at either my home or work. Said I will need DL and head of security to be present to witness..  He left the number of 713-965-4985 to call to reschedule the delivery.  this all sounds way too fishy....

I received a call on my cell from an unknown number.  Msg said he was Jerry Osborne, from Citiserve , an independent contractor for Palm Beach County and he was going to be delivering documents to my work or home between 3 and 5 and to be ready.  I will need an ID and head of security to be witness. He left a case # and this phone number to call 713-965-4985

Was just left another msg on my cell stating this was a final warning from Jerry Osborne from Citiserve and that he was going to attempt to deliver the legal papers to my home several times between 3 & 5 today and if he cannot get me there, will come to my employer and will need my supervisor present to sign as a witness.  If he cannot find me, he will document it refusal to sign and I will miss my court date...He left a case number and a number to call 713-965-4985.

Got a call from an unknown number, man said his name was Jerry Osborn an independent process server with citi serve. Left a case number and said he was serving me papers tomorrow between 3-5 pm. Left a number to call when I called it it was a "mediation company" about an online payday loan. They had a lot of my info, but the. Asked me to verify my address. They gave me a choice of 2 and 1 Was correct address the other was from like 20 years ago. I didn't verify it. So waiting to see what happens now.

Calls harassing me on my house and cell phone from 832-251-7512. Kevin Macy with Citiserve stating I will be served b/w the hours of 3-5 pm today 7/21/16 at my home or place of employment.  I need to have photo ID, manager to verify who I am, etc. Relentless. Gave a case number and stated that if am no available it will be a sign of refusal and I will miss my court date. I am sure that if you are being served you would have no heads up and would have received mail stating you owe a debt.

I got the same call from Jerry Osborne in Stanislaus County. He did not mention what company he was with. He supposedly was serving me with legal documents between 3-5 today. I have been home all day and no process server. Also checked with the court house and no case pending against me.

Received a call from an unknown number from a Jerry Osborne saying he was an independent Wayne county prosecutor and that he would serve papers at my home tomorrow between 3 and 5, if I wasn't there he would serve me at my place of employment and that I would need security or my supervisor to sign as a witness.  This person called some I know trying to reach me.  If this is a legal debt why am I not receiving something in the mail.

Received a call from Teresa at Citi.Serve saying goes the exact same script.  She needed to serve me papers at my house or employment or I would miss my court date. And encouraged me to call this other number. Sounded very legal and almost threatening.

Received a call from an unknown number from a Audrey Daniels saying she  would serve papers at my home tomorrow between 3 and 5, if I wasn't there he would serve me at my place of employment and that I would need security or my supervisor to sign as a witness.  Sounded very threatening.  Told to call 800-618-5075, checked that number and it was listed as a scam#
