Must be pretty dense not to understand what a receipt is. FYI: People who make purchases and get a receipt texted to them don't go looking it up to see if others get them too, because they already know what it is for.

When you donate to a charity it is tax deductible and you will need receipts to prove how much money you gave them.  I'm really surprised that you didn't know that.  I'm guessing that you never donate money?

My notice is from supposedly FedEx....l think it to be a scam also

It's a confirmation of an appointment for a haircut, obviously texted by mistake.

I received one, today, however, my dentist uses Square to charge my visits.  I've only received texts from this number when I have paid for my dental visits with a debit/credit card.

Got a text stating my receipt was ready from Korean Boba Dog. I went to the web page on my computer instead of my phone and there was a receipt there but certainly not mine. No money out of my account currently so guess it's a scam.

This has to be a scam simply because the receipt was sent to the wrong phone number? I guess you're perfect and have never dialed the wrong number before? I mean after all you did verify that it was an actual receipt didn't you?

Received 2 text messages.  First: welcomed me to Twisted Smoke via Square.  Second: Said I had an imvoice from Twisted SmoKe.  I do not know this company.

Got a text from this number confirming a non-existent appointment with "Galloping Goat Pumpkin Patch, LLC". Never even heard of it.

It is a kid's park in New Mexico. Petting zoo, rides, pumpkins, that sort of stuff.
