Called my number, left message about a complaint against me left a name and a file number and if I do not comply they offered a threat.  I called back said they were some contract company, I couldn't even understand the person.  These people are calling and disturbing your peace with their idle calls.  There should be a law...…..

They called and said they had info on a delequency on my account.  This is a government card there is no delequency,  it's impossible.

Got a message left at my work.  When I called back was told by a man to ignore the call but they called my work.  How did they get my number?

Received repeated robo-calls over several days.  Left message on my voicemail for someone whose name I did not recognize at all.  The same threatening message as everyone else reported.

Okay. I called them at the 833 from a pay phone spoke to someone they hung up on me when I wouldn't give in. Then they just called my house but can't leave a message because their number is block. Is this a true scam. I'm getting very nervous and worried.

I got the exact call today from a Melissa Thompson wanting someone  I don't know but they had my number.  Michael the man who answered apologized and said they'd delete my number.  The phone number is now blocked

Melissa Thompson left the voicemail. I returned the call. Spoke to a man who told me I owed on a card from when I lived in Chicago at address he had, which was years ago. Told me they wouldn’t give me information on the debt without providing my Social. Which I did, now I’m freaking out about that. When I told him that wasn’t my debt, he rattled off three different places I needed to contact in order to clear it. Does anyone know who I can contact to protect my identity?

I did the same thing too yesterday when I called back and I'm freaking out too. The guy hung up on me and didn't even ask for my address just confirmed my last ss number. I'm really hoping there scammers and they don't try anything. Stupid to us and I would like to know how we can protect our self too.

Exact same message here.  Said they would see me in court if I didn't comply.  Person who they said the phone call was for I have never heard of.

I would say that you just did what they wanted and they now have your name and SS number. Maybe you should put a freeze on your credit.

Freeze your credit so they can't open accounts.  You gave them the info they wanted.

Called my work 5 times while vacation stopped and started again! Called and recorder said not able take your call at this time leave a message! Gave a file number and i have a clean credit excellence owe nobody! Left message my brother works for fbi and will be looking into this!

All of the above as well. Yesterday received the same Rob message from 407-842-8284 told to call back on 833-493-3949(Melissa Thompson)  which I blocked both. Obviously they have numerous phone numbers 😡 I will block this number also and any other number they may call from!

All messages left are Robo messages giving you a file # to reference when calling back until you hear a pause and not until then does it seem that Melissa Thompson is an actual being leaving you the message that you will be in non-compliance if you (or your legal representative) do not call back

Melissa left recorded message. File against me. Daniel Jones spoke with me. Tried to verify last four of social. Didnt give. (Ever) then tried to verify last address didnt give(ever) my ohone number first and last name and me saying yes was enough.
Definitely scam company. Shut them down!

Same as all of the above but when I called back it gave out  D241 test successful.
How can ya call back if that's what it says and hangs up. I just wonder what kind of test it i.

Called telling I had an old debt

Got a call from 866 number asking for someone that I don’t know, gave me a complaint number and told me to call 833 number. I had my boyfriend call and when someone picked up he requested to speak to a floor manager, the man responded by saying that he was the floor manager. We obviously didn’t believe that so we asked for the business website and said that we are reporting the number and the man yelled and said “go ahead report the number” and hung up. Way to make it obvious buddy.
