Same as the others, they got a complaint was filed against me, and to call back the message and tone of voice was demanding

it is a test to see if your phone number is active .block the number because they will now keep calling.

That is incorrect. That  "D-241, test successful." message is generated by the phone carrier for Conditional Call Forwarding (CCF) , most likely because of improper forwarding set up. CCF  works by forwarding a call to another number when you don't answer. The recommendation to fix it is deactivating, then re-activating CCF.

When you call a number that has improperly set up call forwarding  to another number or voice mail, you might get a similar recorded message. It has nothing to do with scammers, it can happen to anyone.

What it does tell you is incoming calls to this number are being forwarded to another number if they don't answer.

I just got the same message to begin with Melissa Thomson wasn’t there an I began to tell him what the message said and that I just happened to be at my attorney’s office, all the sudden I was the wrong person someone else had the same name but different social I’m not stupid enough to give him my social..... so how did he know I was the wrong person.

Called my job. Explained this was my POE after they left a robo msg on my cell told the guy this is my POE call my cell. He asked for my cell number I told him did I need my attorney to call me. He hung up. SCAM

Threating going to turn me in  if i dont comply..message said her name was melsissa thompson

Called from the same number except with 866 (posted there too).  Robo Call just like everyone else.  Came through as SCAM LIKELY.  Sending the numbers to the Scam Baiters.  Should be some amazing content!

Basically the same as the rest, im on the do not call list.
I owe no money to anyone.  This is a scammer.
