I had the exact same call!  I received the call, went to vm, and the message they left was exactly the same. With Well Care, not a sales call, etc... Jerks :/

I, too got a call from this number, 833-379-2121. I didn't answer it. The recorded message said it was from Well Care and was that it was not a sales call. I did not return the call.

I received a call, caught by my spam filter, from 978-552-6411. In their message they claimed to be WellCare Prescription Drug Plan seeking to confirm some member information for 2022. The number they left for callback was 833-379-2121, not the member customer service number from my card. I called the member customer service number instead of the 2121 number. Customer service showed zero record of any text or voice messages for me in my account. BE VERY CAREFUL!

Same experience here as other callers. Sounds legit from WellCare but insurance companies don't contact you by phone without identifying themselves in detail and why they are calling. Phone number not on my insurance card. I did not call back.

Call claimed to be from Wellcare and not a sales call.  They left a message to call back.  I called and they wanted me to answer 'Yes or No' was I Barbara to which I replied 'This is Barbara'.  They then asked for my birthdate.  I hung up.

Left voicemail asking me to call 24 hours a day. Said they were Wellcare, not a sales call. Didn't return call. Called Wellcare customer service. They had not called me.

Got a call from this number.  They left a message saying they were WellCare Drug Prescription Plan and they had some important information for me.  They requested a call back.  I was suspicious so I checked all the WellCare numbers.  None matched.  I didn't call back.

Received a call noted as spam and the voicemail said it was not a sales call but they had important information about my prescription plan. Called back and robo recording asked for my birth year to verify who I was-they called me previously so they should know who I am! When I didn't respond they said to call the number on the back of my WellCare card for important info-sounds like it might be legit! I will call that number to see if it is.

They have left messages several times. Said they were from Wellcare. Didn't call back till I did research. Not going to call.

Received missed call that went to voicemail stating it was from WellCare Rx . They left this call back number that is totally different than the toll free number that I have for members . They stated this wasn’t a sales call . I didn’t call back .

Like others, had msg from 'WellCare', not a sales call, about my Rx Plan. Called, confirmed my name. I hung up when asked to confirm birth year. Then google searched the phone number and found all the comments above.

We got the same call

They called and said that this was not a sales call and said to call back. I called the number on my Wellcare Account and they told me that that was a fraudulent number and to disregard the call.  I didn't call back.
