Same scam  Wellcare needed me to call this number back said not sale call etc  Will not reply after reading this  This is not the first attempt at scamming me by "Wellcare"

I called my own Wellcare phone number and after talking with several people who had no clue how to deal with my call I finally got someone to tell me this is not one of their phone numbers.  Definitely PHISHING.

Left me a couple of the same claimed to be Wellcare messages that included my name, but decided to check it out first, especially since the message said call could be returned 24 hours a day.  Thanks to all who posted and warn others.

I almost called back, but hesitated because it was an 833 number.  Checked on here first, and saw the reports so did not call you

Received a call saying they were from Wellcare Prescriptions. I checked Wellcare and they do not have the 833-379-2121. The call said it was not a sales call. I did not call back.

Called and left message.  Claimed to be Well Care.  Did not return phone call.

I received a voicemail from this number in early Oct. claiming to be Wellcare.  I instead called the main WellCare phone number listed on my insurance card.  A WellCare rep at the published number stated my current drug plan was "flipping" into a similar but differently named Medicare drug plan for 2022 and that I need not do anything more to arrange for/continue drug coverage.  I'd already looked at the available plans so that was fine with me.  But, here it is one month later, and I received another robocall from this unfamiliar phone number claiming to be from Wellcare again.  It's either a scam or an idiotic robocall despite everything being in order and arranged.

I called Wellcare, asked to verify the number given for me to return the call.  Wellcare confirmed it was not their call.

This is the second call I received from this caller claiming to be from WellCare. The number they left is NOT the number on the back of my card.  I WILL not call back.

“WellCare” robocall asking for my husband and to call back this number or a TTY. Thanks for all the notes. We already received acknowledgment of next year’s coverage and premium via mail, no need to call this non WellCare number.

Said from Wellcare and to call back. Said it's not a sales call.  I do business with this company but do not plan on calling back.

I listed the number for them as 'Welcare Scammer'in my contacts.They call every month, from
978 552 6411.They leave messages stateing they are with Welcare and are not salesman,and for me to call them back at 833 379 2121. I don't call them back. I started to block the number,but they will probably just call from a different number. They are very irritating.

Same as everyone above. Caller ID listed one number, and asked me to return the call to the number above, which I did not do. I called the legit numbers for Wellcare (Cust. Serv. and general info) and they acted like they didn't have a clue. To top off, their system went down while I was speaking to them. And the calls keep coming. I suspect they have been hacked and they do not have the decency to alert their subscribers to it.

I did not call this number but contacted Wellcare on the number for my RX plan.  I was informed that the cost is tripling to $59 with no deductable now.  She could not verify if the number in question was legit.  She informed that the changes being made would be sent in writing also.

Received a voicemail.  Did not call back.

The same thing happened to me. Left a voicemail with my name added to the message by another voice on 11-06-2021. The phone number to call back was not the same as the number on my WellCare information. I did not call back. After reading your replies I am glad I didn’t. The call came from Lawrence MA 1-978-552-6411 per my caller ID.

11/12/2021 Have received 2 calls from 833-379-2121 saying it was from WellCare Rx & leaving a voice mail that this "is not a sales call" and to please call back. Researching, this number does NOT associate w/WellCare and is now blocked. The VM sounds really professional though so beware.
