Spectrium Time Warner Cable. Called house phone. They didn't leave message. I called them back.

caller id doesnt say anything..they called no message..i have a spectrum account..they didnt leave a message and nothing other than this phone number in caller id

They told me to ignore the call. They can't stopped them, is automated.

Think it’s a fake spectrum number 🤦🏽‍♂️

Beginning this week began receiving multiple calls on a daily basis from this number.  Received 4 calls yesterday, matter of minutes apart - all indications its a robocall.  No message left on voicemail.  Based on the comments not answering calls I don't recognize.

This is an automated Spectrum payment center call. If you answer you get a recorded message about a change in your status and to call that same number right away. You cannot speak with a human if you answer. They do not leave a message. When calling back you get the status of your account with amount due and options to pay. I have complained numerous times that I’ve received these calls 4-5 times/day and they can’t stop them until the amount is paid. This is complete BS and harassment. We scheduled a payment online but until it gets through their Byzantine accounting process, we continue to get harassed. Screw Spectrum.

so why don't they say spectrum in the caller id...i have spectrum and they always leave a robocall and at one time caller id said spectrum.  i see several missed calls no messages no id

i called the number on our statement 855-707-7328 and spoke with a customerservice person and asked about this 844-206-8573 and all the hang up calls and the frequency in the call log. i told him in the past...they always record a message as a payment reminder. i told him that i had no messages or anything in the caller id except many missed calls in the call log. told him i had not googled the number i would not know who it was.

If this is Spectrum why don’t they leave a message

i answered the call this morning at 8:01 am and told them how often they call and hang up. the woman on the phone told me i needed to pay a certain amount blah blah blah. i hung up and called the number on my statement and made an automated payment ..

Calling me 5 to 7 times a day, no vm. Finally answered the call to get "hello, hello can you hear me?" They said it over and over. Even put my phone on speaker so others could hear the lame bs.  Total recording for some weird reason.  Im going to cancel spectrum. Done with this.

They are total scammers they said I had to pay debit or credit and they wanted my accounts number. TOTAL SCAM BEWARE

This caller is some BS loser overseas, it is NOT Spectrum! They call me about 5/day...never leaving a voicemail. They did leave one automated "Spectrum" voicemail, but I knew by their inappropriate calling habits, this was not a human who works ANYWHERE. They are sitting in a dark room, eating jars of mayonnaise. The only answer is to immediately block this caller. Let them wear themselves out, while all the calls go to voicemail. Knock yourself out, a$$hole!

i called the number on my bill and made an autopay over the phone.  this 844 number called and i heard the click click and a very rude person demanding payment.  when i see this number showing up in the caller id and the robocall reminder i call the number on my statement and pay the bill
