Fraud Spectrum number. DO NOT CALL. I spoke to a rep from Spectrum and confirmed this is not one of their numbers. Number was listed in a phishing email that stated my account is going into collections. (My account is current).

No, it's not. I called Spectrum and asked. It's a scam. I reported this number to Spectrum after I got an email saying to call Spectrum at THIS VERY NUMBER and pay my past-due bill. Problem was, I'm on auto-pay and have never been past due. EVER.  Spectrum confirmed that when I called them. Spectrum says this number is FRADULENT.

They are fraudulent. They emailed, texted, and called me saying I have a past-due account with Spectrum. I looked up the number for the ACTUAL Spectrum Customer service, called them, verified that my account was, in FACT, **NEVER** past-due, and reported the fraudulent phone number directly to a Spectrum representative. The representative said Spectrum has NO SUCH CONTACT NUMBER. File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission like I did:

This number keep calling everyday, multiple times a day, even early in the moening on weekends, oe late at night. Never leaves a message. I have Spectrum, but I'm on autopay, so there is no reason they should be calling. I'll block this number.

Robo call from Spectrum Payment Center. If it’s Spectrum, DO NOT CALL ME, ESPECIALLY ON A SUNDAY
MORNING. If it’s not Spectrum, one way  or the other, I’m blocking my phone. I’m sick of these damn robo calls.

Its not fraud. It is spectrum. This number is a call the reminds you of your payment. I've had them do this monthly.

Calls a few time a day without a message

Telephone number 8442068573 has called me 6 times in the past 2 days. They left a voice mail message saying they were Spectrum and to call them within 24 hours regarding a change in service. They called on Friday night.

This number calls me 3-4 times a day.  if I answer, they hang up. if I don't answer, they keep calling back. I have the number blocked on my cell phone, but it doesn't matter - the call keeps going through.  It is very annoying and I would like to find a way to do something about it.

Both my boyfriend and I get at least 4 calls a day from this number. We do have spectrum but when they call they always leave a message. Even an automated one. This number does not leave a message. Out of 8 calls a day, but not one message. If I had to guess, whoever this is some how has a list of people that have spectrum accounts.

Called spectrum to find out they are not associated with that number IT'S A SCAMM!! called back to mess with them though

No, I do not have any account with any Spectrum company, and where I live is out of their service area. They never leave a message and they call all the time, day and night.

They never leave a message and they call all the time, day and night. When I call back, there is no person, just the machine asking me for my account phone number. There is no Spectrum TV service in my area and I have and never had any spectrum account.

Same as the rest... leaves voicemail without the voice... :-| sheesh. Why do they bother. They must get something out of this. Who knows!

They call all day long. When you answer, there is nobody there. It is becoming more than annoying.

This number called me twice today.  Annoying.  No voicemail. I am going to block it.
