Sorry... Hope your problem gets better, maybe you could look up the guys number in the phone book o something and call him and tell him what's going on and ask him to fix it somehow.

Monarch Recovery Management Inc. is a unethical Debt Collector using scams to reactivate Zombie loans/debts no longer collectible. The buy old debts for pennies on the dollar and scam unsuspecting individuals. DO NOT pick up the phone to these people. They are being sued in many lawsuits and under FTC investigations. They use other phone numbers as well... BEWARE of 866-998-4558, too.

You should be able to block their number on your cell phone, look online for instructions.

I receive phone calls from this number several times a week, ever since I got my current phone number. They call the land line number that I've had for a couple of years now, even though I've never actually had a phone attached to that number. Because it's the number associated with my internet/cable, I can see the incoming call on my TV, and it comes up as "Monarch Recovery". You would think that after 2 years and hundreds of phone calls with no answer or answering machine, they would figure out that they're calling the wrong number!

A Michelle Evans from Monarch Recovery calls one of our back up lines at work. She's been calling 2 to 3 times a day/night, every day. She never states who she is looking for but that it's extremely urgent that her call is returned. I owe no debt. However, if anyone reads this and has been bothered by her or her company, she can be reached directly at 1-844-280-6008...and she does have an active voice mail box which you can leave a nice little message for her!!! I've left her several lol

I had and idea why not do call forward and use the police number after several calls they will get the message use out of state numbers not your own town hehehe thanks for listening too

Received a call from this number and they claimed they were from Monarch Recovery.  They asked for someone with my last name that I did not know.  I told them that they have the wrong number but they act like they don't believe me and continue to call.

this was from collection agency questioning me about someone they are looking for.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Calling them back gives them permission to continue calling you, that's how they get most people, they call and hang up, you call back, that's all they need.

Monarch is a bottom feeding debt collection scammer that does try to reactivate zombie debt or debts that have already been paid off.  They have been calling our office for a few months now and our phone settings send robocalls and unidentified callers directly to where they belong, zombie land.  They are in big time trouble with the FTC and other federal agencies for violating many codes of ethics and misrepresenting themselves.

This phone number called me trying to collect on a debt that had been included on a bankruptcy.  They were trying to get me to verify information and I stopped him and got a call back number.  They gave me 855-802-1857.  I called the bank that they said they were collecting for and verified that the account had been included in the bankruptcy and that nothing was due.  BEWARE they are trying to get money from you.

They were looking for contact information for an Employee of our Business. Guessing they are dept collectors

844-205-2138 called 6/3/16, 6/6/15, and 6/9/16 but not answered. MONARCH RECOVERY MANAGEMENT AKA ACADEMY COLLECTION SERVICE nmentioned by some. I have no debts sort; appears to be a random robo call from finance scammer of some sort or a spoofed number from someone else. I will report to FTC.
