I fell for the scam..they were inside my computer total control of it....Yes, and they asked for money $499.00 for the plan...I did not give them money...Now they are still calling....

So they called you from two numbers?  Just wondering because you reported this on a different number thread, to which I replied with what to do.

Hi Irene, I'm sorry to hear that you fell for the scam. I hope you have all critical files backed up, prior to the scammer taking control of your computer. If the scammer didn't encrypt your hard drive, there is a chance you could pay a legit computer security company to recover some of your important files. If you keep a text file of account numbers and passwords, you need to change those passwords right a way. You might also want to unplug the network cable or disable your WiFi. Good luck.

I call them from different phones and keep screwing with them.

Same thing said my Microsoft key had expired, there would be no service.  They have called three times already today and its only 12:50 pm. I did not answer the phone.

My mom got this call 10 times in one day. She did not call back. I tried to call from my phone let them know she doesn't have a Microsoft computer but i realized it is futile.

I received 5 calls from this number today.

Continue to receive calls from this number.  This is soooooo frustrating, I wish there was something we could do!

Calling with scam that microsoft key has expired blah blah. Today I had 16 calls and yesterday 12. Phone company (Verizon) cannot do anything to stop the calls. I was told to change my phone number

I am getting same calls.  Wanting to get onto my computer.  SCAM!

844-308-6816. They keep calling over and over saying Microsoft license expired
They have called 5 times today

I received this call  today.  Microsoft Key Licensed Expired.   Thanks from this feed...

I've received 13 calls today from 844-308-6815 telling me my Microsoft license has expired. In one of my return calls the person at the 844-308-6816 number told me they were the FBI and I needed to pay a license fee for Microsoft.

844-308-6816 called my home phone 7 times today (11/21/16). It said my Microsoft license key had expired and all services were suspended. FAKE!  First of all, Microsoft doesn't have my home phone number. Secondly, my laptop had been updated to Win 10, free of charge, through Win7 digital entitlement. A quick search reveals this toll free number belongs to TechiBis, a subsidiary of Cyber Futuristics (India) Pvt. Ltd. The company operates a website called "askpcexperts.com". I guess they are trying to selling their IT services by scaring people that the Microsoft license key had expired. It's a scam!

Just got the exact same message on my phone. I am on the Do Not Call Registry...a lot of good that does!

The same recorded message that others reported here, that my Windows license had expired and that my computer would no longer work until I called them back. I didn't answer the call because I didn't recognize the caller's number so they actually left the message.

Called 15 times on my cell phone!!!! When I talked to them and asked how they new this information and what they planned to do they told me they needed to remote into my computer to fix it. Even when I told them I work in IT and I don't believe they kept going and then figured out I was on to them and started screaming obscenities at me.

They call every hour re Microsoft Key.  Scam

Got the same call 5 times this morning from 844-308-6816.  Was told that my microsoft  services has already been terminated.  All my devices are operating normally.  Called the number twice to check it out, but only got busy signal.  Probably because they were talking to you guys.
