Consider trying a call block device instead, the do not call list doesn't stop scam calls.

Called about a person I dont even know, but happens to have same last name as me. I pressed 1 to tell them to not call my number again. What ensued after I pressed 1 was completely uncalled for. The female on the other line began berating me with a list of insults, including "go take a shower, I can smell your tilapia through the phone." She then began referring to me as "Miss Tilapia" as I attempted to get her company name and her name. She also told me to "go suck your Daddy's dick so you can feel better" and asking me if I was "gonna cry" and to "go fill out job applications and get my [***] a job". She also new my full name, saying it showed up on her caller ID.
I dont know the person they are calling about, and I damn sure do not deserve that kind of crap from some chick in her basement trying to scam people. When I told her I record my phone calls (because of a crazy ex) she tried to tell me she was on a federal recorded line LOL. Also, the number she called is my business phone.

Calls me on a loan that I DID NOT receive.  Has called from various of numbers for years now.  844-365-2865 is the phone number threatening lawsuit against me.  I blocked the number, however they have called and frightened my family.  I have involved the state attorney generals office and filed a complaint on Do Not Call List.  Calls my cellphone.

Did you happen to get their address? When I called the attorney generals office they said I need an address so they can step in.

Four of my family members got a call from this number and they were looking for me they even got my mother's SS number some how I don't have any debts and they stated that I got two loans out the only loan I have us my student loan and I have a payment arrangement for that and pay it on time .

They called today not my phone but people i know but haven't seen in years my brother ex wife people i worked for 10 years ago but not once have they called me this us insane!!!!

Block the # quickly! Scam! They will burn in Hell.

This is a SCAM!! I was called from this number and others. I have been harassed for over a year. I don't owe any payday loans or anything. I have contacted the FBI and other agencies and have filed a complaint.

message says "a formal complaint has been filed against... (my name), if you know the whereabouts of this person press 1 (or whatever key) the next step will be filing the necessary paperwork with the county court"  -

I got call from this phone with the same message about some legal action against me and call them back both at my work and cell number.  I didn't call them back because I have been victimized by these scammers in the past.   They did not leave a name of the company or the caller. So I knew it was scam. Don't call back. Remember they can't throw you in jail for debt at all.

These scam artists called my phone. Asked for the last digits of my SSN.  Said that they are going to take legal action. Said I took out a private payday loan (of which I didn't).  They said I would receive a court order, I told them go ahead because I have not done or have no clue what they're talking about. They are called CSS. I told them if they're legit then mail to me all the info I supposedly took out.  The representative said that he can't do that. I told them to send me to court because this is a complete scam. They should be ashamed of themselves for this.

A voice recorded message looking for my whereabouts and leaving messages on my work phone and family members phones.  Very frustrated.

Reporting this number as a harressing call and that a formal complaint is against you.

My mom,  Grandma,  and work got the robotic message, so I called the number and spoke to some guy saying I owed $1100 from pay day loan companies from 2012... he said that they were trying to say I made fraudulent transactions and need to pay.  I told him I wouldn't pay and never heard of the companies.  He said he will send that to the companies and I will get court papers.  I guess we will see what happens.

Received phone call from this number naming someone I don't know, pressed to speak to someone, fast busy signal then hung up.
Saying named person is having a complaint filed against - just want to get full name. Who the heck are they looking for, damn it!

Called several times.  My husband has no debts, so please don't answer.  I'm filing a complaint with the FCC.  They are required by law to send any information through the mail.  Or they can be prosecuted.  So I'll let the FCC deal with them.  We should all file complaints.

They used a recording from my husbands voicemail to insert his name in the message. What is this world coming to!?!?
