My bf had this number call restricted on his cell, his parents house and his sister in laws cell. Weird. Anyone find out what the want. It was a lady trying to "meet him to sign papers" she said she would be leaving with in the hour to come to him and if he cannot be located "legal action would be taken immediately "

Same thing.  A guy named Nathan threatening legal action and trying to serve papers.

Guy called threatening legal action. It's a scam! I'm seeing all of you getting calls today like me.

My sister, mom, and wife all received the same threatening voicemail about needing to make sure I was home to deliver papers. They called everyone except me. I called into the number and spoke to several people. They said it's regarding a Vivint contract that I signed back in 2012. They said that their "client" Vivint has hired them to collect on this debt and the next step is a legal judgment against me. They said that they were not the ones making the outbound calls (which is obviously a lie). When I told them that I would like a copy of what I owe so I can review it with my attorney and decide what to do, they immediately put me on hold and another man got on the line wanting to "confirm my settlement amount". I told him I was NOT settling and I will not acknowledge anything until my attorney reviews it because they are threatening legal action against me. I asked him to provide me the name and number of the people that have been harassing my family so I can contact them since "it wasn't them calling" and he said he doesn't know who's calling. I reminded him that they are leaving this number in the voicemail, you HAVE to know who is calling and leaving your number. He immediately ended the call without saying anything... just hung up on me. This whole thing is VERY shady. Yes. I did have a Vivint account several years ago but haven't had anything to do with that in years. They did say at one point that they would be emailing me the information from the Vivint account but that was at about 9 this morning and I haven't received anything yet.

Just got this call from a lady called Samantha who said that I needed to be present to be served papers.  I haven't lived at the address she stated for about 3 years now.  Good luck with getting the people to sign there at that house.

My sister got a call from an unknown number. The lady said she was going to serve me papers. She also said to call 844-367-4902. So I called and he said he didn't show a bankruptcy under my namemail. I started laughing and gave him my Lawyers number. Hope this helps!

Got a message stating someone would be delivering a sealed package to me or my daughter and have documentation showing who we are if any questions contact 844-367-4902

My husband and myself received a call from an unknown number yesterday, the message was from a lady saying she was coming to the house and to be there when she arrives. She left an address he hasn't lived at in 7 years and we were wondering how they got our phone numbers but not current address which was sketchy. Then we called that number back and were on hold a few times before a guy told us what was going on and about a lawsuit from his "client" and everything. The "client", we paid off last year and the amount he was saying we owed wasn't what was actually owed. That amount wasn't on the credit report or anything. So I've been playing detective all morning to see if who we originally paid was the scam or his guy yesterday was and then I find this website and see everyone has been having issues THIS WEEK with this phone number and all with the same voicemail, etc. I am glad I was able to stumble upon this site because we were both in panic mode.

The woman on the line stated her name was Carly Brown and she was a private courrier, in the area and had to speak with me prior to dropping off the documents. She stated she had sealed papers for me, that she had to deliver.  She stated that since I did not answer the phone that I must call back the filing party 844-367-4902. She then stated "Consider yourself notify, I will be seeing you shortly."

Received a call from an unknown number with a VM from a lady who called herself Samantha Taylor. She said she had documents I needed to sign and that she would be coming to my place of business and home, or even calling my relatives.  I guess this was an attempt to get me to call them back so they can try and talk me out of some money.  These people suck at being scamsters.

Its a old vivint accoutn my bro had. But they are calling me Like I had something to do with it,

I got a call from a "Restricted" Caller & I sent it straight to voice mail. I checked it & the caller who left the message said his name was Rob & he was a private courier in my area that will be dropping off sealed documents today & to make sure I was available with proper ID & to consider myself notified, he will be seeing me soon. He was clearly trying to scare me.

What a bunch of nonsense! They have to do better than that to scare me. I don't owe anything to anyone that would constitute a need to take me to court or serve me any papers. Plus, they just show up to serve papers, they don't give you a warning that they're coming!!
I really hope and pray no one falls for this nonsense. These people are scammers and will stop at nothing to steal people's money.

I just got a call and they said they had sale documents for me and a courier Kelly Cook was coming to deliver.  They didn't even have my legal name correct which made it seem suspicious.I had to call back and have ID available.  They left the number 844-367-6602.  When I called back it was also Irongate.   Clearly they are using multiple numbers.   Going to report to state attorney and may call local police.
