They called my sister telling her they are trying to serve me papers in the next hour and that I would know whats it's about. It's a scam ! they didn't even have the correct address ,I called all my family to let them know not to fall for it!

My voicemail said she was a private carrier and her name is Vivian grey . States she will be delivering forms and needs proper identification. At the end she said consider yourself notified . Lol please don't fall for these low life scumbags.its a scam

Beware

I received a call on my cell phone from a restricted number and they left a voicemail. Said it was Paul Lewis and he needed to deliver documents to my house (an address I haven't lived at in over 3 yrs) and I needed to be present with an ID to sign for them this afternoon. Consider that notification and it said to call 844-367-4904 if I needed to change the time. Then later on my parents called me and said they got the same phone call from the same person and gave me the same number. Paul Lewis said the papers were going to be delivered today to their address, which is in a different state than the other address they left on my voicemail.. I called the number and there was no answer. It went to a voicemail but didn't give a name, just an extension number. Has my identity been stolen? Is this a scam? I have no clue what this is all about.

They use many phone numbers and many different names threatening court problems if you don't pay like today which for some people is impossible. They can't threaten court according to the FTC regulations. Don't pay anything until they send you proof and you call the place you owe the debt to and they have the exact same information, even then I would go through the place you owe just to be safe.
Also they won't warn you when you're going to be served.
