Thanks! I plan to report them and told my family to ignore the calls. I figured it was a scam from the beginning but with them calling my family and bothering them as well I was simply attempting to get on a do not call list.

Mr. Mark Wallace called my cell leaving a message saying that a formal complaint was filed against me. Then says that if any knows the whereabouts of me to call their office immediately at 844.369.3861. Then he says that our next steps will be to contact the proper authorities.  I wish he would so that I can file a law suit against him. It is really sad that you have people like this calling individuals preying on innocent hard-working people trying incite fear so that they can try to scam them out of their hard earned money.  These people are also preying on the elderly which males matters even worse. But I have a message for you Mr. Mark Wallace, at least that is what you call yourself. You may be able to hide from us (the people that you are tormenting with these ridiculous accusations/phone calls) but there is one man you cannot hide from & that is Almighty God!!! Believe, it is all written down even before you thought about doing what you are doing.  God knows your heart & you will have a give an account to Him one day when you close your eyes on this side of glory.  You need DELIVERENCE!

They call saying that I owe money to them for a debt and I did not pay for a loan that I took out about 10 years ago.
When I asked them to send me a some paperwork regarding this complaint they don't give it to you and also they don't give out address or any of their contact info.  The only thing they ask for is to pay them over the phone otherwise I would get arrested.

When I told the person who called about CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT WIRE FRAUD and that it is a felony and how I am going to send them to prison, the person I was speaking with got scared and hung up.

Somebody named Mark Wallace with an automated voice, same thing ...no company name no particular charge just that there was a formal complaint made and they would notify the authorities.

File a complaint whenever they have been the victim of fraud, identity theft, or other unfair or deceptive business practices. They can do it online, or by calling the FTC's Consumer Response Center at 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357).

This Mark Wallace left message stating that someone has filed a formal complaint and to call back (844) 369-3861, and if not they will notify proper authorities.

Unknown male voice very threatening I tried to explain they have the wrong number and ask they do not telephone again, but I have recieved several calls 3 from female caller and 4 from male caller

Same messages as others threatening to file with local authorities. Why robotic voice? If they have info I would like Certified mail or for local law enforcement to come and serve papers.

Just received call saying a formal complaint had been filed against, recorded name , and if not contacted will follow up with proper authorities and voice said they were Mark Wallace but you can't call number back.

Got a voice mail phone call from a Marc Wallace asking for my for either my dad or my brother they have the same name but my dad has passed tried calling back but number is no longer in service  same thing next step they will call authoritys wtf , so its some kind of scam?

Just got a text message looking for my husband. This was the message: Hello, my name is James Davis and I can be reached at 1-844-982-3861. I am seeking to obtain or confirm location information for L*** A*****. I need to send them some important information. If you can help me, please call 1-844-982-3861. Thank you.

Better believe I sent a text saying to STOP!

By replying they now know you are a LIVE number - and expect more garbage calls.  It is best to ignore any call or number you do not recognize.
