This person has called several times.  States his name is Mark Wallace.  It is automated and says that there is a formal complaint against me.  Very threatening.  When you call back you cannot get anyone.  I am reporting it to the Attorney general of Florida

Person calls, states his name is Mark Wallace and there is a formal complaint against me.  Looking for my whereabouts & to call back that same number or the next step is contacting the proper authorities.  This has to be a scam because if there is a formal complaint against me then "have me served" and I wish they would contact the proper authorities so I can file a complaint against them.  This is some kind of scam.

Called and stated he was Mark Wallace and that there is a formal complaint against my ex husband (who died 3 yrs ago). So definitely a scam.

Called and said wants to know whereabouts about someone Brandon Jackson no name was a recording

Same message - Mark Wallace called regarding someone I happen to know and next step will be notifying authorities.

PLEASE do notify the authorities.  There are HUNDREDS of complaints against that name.

Automated call saying my ex husband has had a compliant filed against him and asks his whereabouts...the next step is contacting the proper authorities....my ex husband is probably in debt up to his eyeballs now that Im no longer a legal dumping ground so Im guessing a bill collector.

Called stating there was a formal complaint against my father or brother?  They both have the same name!!!!  Definitely a scam!  Do not respond!

Received a message from a mark Wallace and that there was a formal complaint against me. Wanting to know my whereabouts and to call back or the proper authorities would be called.

Keep receiving  recorded calls saying that they are looking for my son and that he has a formal complaint filed against him.  They also said that the next step is to file a complaint against him and to call 844-369-8859.  When this number is called there is a busy signal.

This Mike Wallace called me about a week ago about a payday loan from 2006. I told him about the Statute of Limitations law which is four years in Texas. He insisted I make a $50.00 payment arrangement and I refused, he then asked for $35.50 and again I refused. He threatened further action would be taken. Since then I have received calls on my house phone, my cell phone, my wife, my X-wife, My sister, My Brother -in law,  My Mom. They are going down the list of everyone in my phone it seems and leaving this same message. You can't return the call to them.

Same here with the Mark Wallace, 2nd day in a row, says there is a complaint against my husband. I have contacted my local sheriff's office to see how I can report it officially.

I have received two phone calls from this number.

The first one was at October 17, 2017 at 11:12 AM (PDT)

Message: “"Hello my name is Mark Wallace I'm calling today in regards to a formal complaint that's been filed against one Kelly. If you have any information as to the whereabouts of Kelly Opel, please contact our office immediately at 844-369-8859. Again that number is 844-369-8859. Our next step will be notified the proper authorities. Thank you."

And the second one was at October 18, 2017 at 3:42 PM (PDT).

Message: “Hello my name is Mark Wallace I'm calling today in regards to a formal complaint that's been filed against one Kelly. If you have any information as to the whereabouts of Kelly O'Toole, please contact our office immediately at 844-369-8859. Again that number is 844-369-8859. Our next step will be notified the proper authorities. Thank you."

When I “Googled” this number it seems that a lot of individuals are receiving a call from this number using the name “Mark Wallace” as the caller and the same script, just changing the name.

Definitely a SPAM call

Mark Wallace called from 844-369-8859 stating a civil complaint against a Debra Dorine which I have no idea who that is.  I have blocked number, he left voice mail is was distorted I will not call him back

Same call as above.  Blocked the number.  Scam of some sort as i have no debt.

Same here - they left message for an ALAN Collins (?) saying to call back or next step is to call authorities. Knock yourself out. Blocked caller

**Calling in regards to "formal complaint", next step will be notifying the proper authorities.** That's nice. Thing is he is looking for someone who I never heard tell of, and it's not like they are looking for a relative- completely different last name, not even close. Scam.
