Just receive this call at 8:55am on Oct. 20 2017. Felt suspicious about the voicemail left. So of course I googled it. And glad I did! I’m not alone! I’m so tired of stupid scams!!

called and left message that a formal complaint against Jack Daniels.   I only know one Jack Daniels and I think he has been gone a long time.

Yeah, but he left behind the recipe for some good whiskey!  :-)

I keep getting calls from this phone number looking for different people with the same last name as mine, but I do not know these people. the message is from a Mark Wallace, and is very threatening and says will report to authorities. I called it back and spoke to an asian woman who was extremely rude to me and hu on me twice. The third time I spoke with the supposed Mark Wallace and told them to put me on their Do not call list or I will report to the BBB and AG. Now I got a call again and voicemail from Mark Wallace again this morning. Beyond frustrated with this!

Calls multiple times a day

I have received the same call from this number with the caller stating that he was a Mark Wallace but this person provides the wrong name of the person being prosecuted. Received on my personal cell phone and figured it was the wrong number however i started receiving calls on my work cell phone for the same person.

Wow this guy is busy .Im in Cleveland and he left a message on my phone twice I don't know how he knew my name .The same number has called me twice with 18443698859. I knew it was a scam .When you look up the number it says telemarker. He left a message threating to contact the authorities. I will forward my complaint so this scum bucket can leave people alone. It pretty scary.

Called ex-husband 2 about ex-husband 3. Formal complaint, etc.  when you call back message says no voicemail available. Blocked the number.

I got this call today. Sounds like he's talking into a voice scrambler. I just deleted the voice mail

Called my mother's house phone and then called my phone saying that there has been something filed againest me and was about my whereabouts and again they called my mother's phone again looking for me this gots to be big scam!!! I WILL REPORT THIS NUMBER again if it calls me again!

They called me last week about a payday loan from 2007 lmao I said where u located they said we can't give that information lmao I looked this recovery center up and it's for rehab and that number is from an iPad or cell phone and the vm box is always full some database was hacked into so alot of these scammers are contacting us I've been blowing there phone up all week lol

Called me saying they were recovery center for fox enterprise that I owed money for a payday loan which I never heard of I told them I need a validation  letter 30 prior to a phone call from them and a physical address .  They screamed at me said I was going to be arrested for bank fraud do not give them any info.re

He is a flat out LIAR whose name is plastered all over SCAM websites.  Give your state attorney general a call & then block this fool.

Called said had formal complaint against me his name was mark Wallace and if knew the wear about call immediately  if don't return call would be reported to the proper authorities and  I'll be arrested  said call 844 369 8859

I got the same exact message on October 9. Very intimidating

So, this # called and I knew it was bogus. I said "Where are you, I need you to come help me clean up the blood" they stopped typing and then hung up.  They called back and I said "Stop calling and get over here to help me clean up the blood" they stopped typing, and hung up.  I wonder if the police will come to my door!
