Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

On February 19, 2015, Michael Michael Green & Associates, LLC was informed of this concern via email and invited to discuss the pattern of complaints and determine ways in which the pattern might be alleviated.

As of this date, there has been no response from the company."

OK thanks, I will update my document.  So hard to keep up with these scammers sometimes.

I received a call from a lady saying she is with Michael Michael Green & Assoc. stating they are going to serve me with a bench warrant. Won't give me any information on the debt. I told them I owe no one. Each time I call, my case worker is in a meeting. Receptionist tells me she has no info. I asked how can you collect on a debt when you have no info. Yesterday, it was someone calling from Webster City Iowa now today they're calling from Montana! Scammers!
