Fingerhut has begun to robo call customers to tell them their payment will be coming due soon. January 8 in my case.

Supposedly Fingerhut, they are really annoying and relentless about anything pertaining to my account, even though I missed one payment, and even I personally called them to let them know that I am going to be late and will catch up when I can. So if you have any accounts with them, finish paying them, then stop buying from them, and tell them to go to hell!!!

I'm tired of the 4-6 calls a day.  I know they are skammers.  Someone needs to put a stop to them!

Fingerhut.  The last person that had my cell number didn't pay their bill.

If you can't block calls on your cell phone or you don't have the service through your mobile carrier, then create a contact in your phone called Ignore and each time you receive a call like this, store it in that contact.  Edit that contact (Ignore) so that the phone does not ring when called by the scammers.  Then the worst thing to happen is you get a voicemail and you can delete that

Or stop the calls by sending them a certified, return receipt "not me" letter which would be the proper way to handle it.

Scammers, Telemarketers, Lawyers, Portfolio Recovery Agencies and others have a new way to cheat people to answer their phones by sending supposed good and no suspicious numbers. I receive at least four calls a day from these fools. There is never any message so have no idea who they are or whom they represent. It is very difficult when you just get a baby to sleep (my grandson) and that damn phone rings yet again. I wonder why we even have the Do Not Call registry??? What a joke!

Do you do business with Fingerhut as numerous previous posters have claimed these calls come from? If so, the DNC list does not apply until 18 months after you cease having a business relationship with them.

As for what good is the DNC list, as a grandmother you should be old enough to remember before there was a DNC list and all the calls from every insurance agent, real estate agent, travel agent, photography studio, etc in your area that used to call trying for your business. Those calls have all but ceased now.

Agree with you, they are scammer, they try 24/7 call us, we never know why they are stealing my phone no. And ask money, and personal information. They are thief behind Internet .

On the average day we receive 18-to 20 calls a day from this number. On today 1-20-2016, we received 7 calls from this number, and at 1:10PM we received another call. Instead of hanging up. We did a dial back, and discovered that it  was FINGERHUT. Something should be done about this company.  We checked our call log and discovered that this company has called our number 82 times in 7 days. Now what is the purpose of this. Most time they will not say anything but hang up.

Bet I've got 10 of these calls in last week and best to just do not answer

And call for fun. I don,t care who you are, go [***] yourself behind phone line.

You need to call your doctor and tell them that you need your medications changed because these are not working.  Or maybe you simply stopped taking them?
