called my work today I was not here I called back this number, the man that answered the phone said he was not going to tell me who he works for I gave him the case number and he put me on hold to speak to another person when he returned he told me to go to page 6 I said I do not have any papers what are you talking about.  I said this is a real joke.  The scammer on the line said you are a joke and hung up on me.  Well prove it if you are a real debt collector.

These mf pieces of sh** called me, my husband and my mother in law telling them I owe Lowes the hardware store $13000 from 14 years ago.  Gave some address I have never ever been associated with.  Called them back...ripped them a new [***] and God help them if they call anyone I know ever again.

I don't pick up the phone, they stopped calling 😊

I took a 300 dollar loan out with them in 2012. filed bankruptcy in 2012 they called and papers have been filed on me. they said I took another loan for 300 dollars out in 2013. my lawler changed my checking acc. munber. in 2012 they do not have or will have [***] them

Got 6 calls today from this number, the first 3 no message, no one on the line, the last 2 leaves a number abot serving papers, well i work for the government, so i used the phone lines here to call back. They wouldnt give me any information about who was sending the papers. kepts asking for me to give them my name and number, refused, i did tell them that the call was being traced and that the proper departments would be contacting them soon. Was hung up on..

They have called me at work twice this week. Same thing as the above, wanting to serve me with papers. The second caller was like, you don't want to receive these papers at work do you? Then she was like, tell us when you'll be home and we'll serve it there. Total scammers!

Received a call today

two calls today back to back ..  two voicemails from different people both trying to sound tough and serious.    Called them and told them to remove my number - the guy apologized and said he would remove my number.

I received a message on my mobile phone stating that certified documents were being sent out to my home address for my brother.  First, I'd like to know how the caller obtained my cell phone number.  Second, I'd like to know what gives them the right to call me out of the blue and inform me documents will be sent to my home for someone who has never lived here.  I called the number that was left on the voice message and informed the man that answered that the recipient does not live here and neither I, nor anyone else living in this house would be signing for the documents.  He then proceeded to ask how I was related and if I could convey the message. I informed him I would do my best but it was not my responsibility to do so.  He also asked if I could reach out to my parents to see if they could contact my brother.  Calls like this should be illegal as they amount to nothing more than harassment.  Not only was my privacy violated but I wonder what would have happened had I not called, would the delivering party harass my son or partner into signing for documents that shouldn't be their responsibility?  This is an outrage.  

I received an "urgent" phone message on my voice mail regarding a notice of being served papers and to contact them asap. I had already looked at this site and realized this was phony. I called anyway and asked for Vanessa (who identified herself when she left the message)....it was Mike Bennet who answered the phone. I first asked what company this was and he said "well, you called me"....I then asked for Vanessa and he hesitated and said that name was not familiar. I said, "well that's funny...because that is who called me and I am returning the call". He then skirted around that and said he had papers for the green valley area..I said I don't live in that area and then he proceeded to name my street. I said, OK...you know my street....what's the deal...he said he had papers for a Christopher and I said "OK..you can stop right there...there is no Christopher in my entire family" he then said well, we have been getting threats from this number, specifically on Oct. 3rd. (which is the day the message was left on my phone from their number)...I then laughed and said, "you are so reaching right now because I don't use my home phone and as we speak I can pull up my phone records and it will show every incoming and outgoing call...you sure you want to make that claim?" He then said, "well, I don't understand..you have a nice day" and that was it.  

Got a call initially from an "Outside Call" answered and was told Hi I am a Process Server and I have importabnt legal documents to serve you.  I said who are you and who do you represent? He got flustered....I also asked his Process Server ID number again, flustered and Yell that I needed to be parented (I'm 52 so I think not on that) and that I needed GOD, I have GOD!!  He hung up. Then called a friend and asked for me or my daughter. Told them that I needed to call 844-515-8189 regarding a very urgent legal matter.  I called that number and a man aswered "William" no company name provided. I went off and yelled at him for harassing people I know. Asked the company name, and who they reprent, and William got quite pissed.  He said all kinds of nasty stuff. He told me he was going to close the account and send it back to the client, I said fine, who is the client, and he accused me of harassment and was going to turn me in to Homeland Security.....I said good, because I have a list of the amount of times your company has tried to scam money from me....!! He said Bank of America scams people, the US Government Scams people, so who cares....He was yelling by the time he was done and I was laughing because he got caught in his own game.

I just got this call this morning. How do we report this? Scary!

I have received 2 voice mail messages from this number looking for a "John Ridge". I am not this person and obviously the caller has the wrong info. I was going to call them back to let them know but now I'm skeptical. The message states they are making 2 attempts to notify 'John Ridge', that he has a claim against him and are going to serve papers.

I was left a voice mail from this number.  They must be scammers.

I got a call from these people yesterday damn near 9pm last night. First I thought it was strange to be getting a call that late at night. I didn't answer it because I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. They left an automated VM stating the same thing many have said. That they were a process server and were calling to notify me of paperwork being sent to me. Didn't say the address, who they were, or anything. I'm smart enough to know that ANYTHING legal has to be sent either through certified mail or be served by a county sheriff. And since my sister was home ALLLLLL day yesterday and nothing was at home for me I know it's all BS.

A year or so ago I was getting calls daily from someone else but an actual person would leave a VM saying something very similar to this. That I was being served papers and to call them back. I never once in the year, almost 2 years, received ANY papers of any kind. I've been at the same address for over 4 years.

These people can leave all the VMs they want. I'm just going to add this number to my rejected numbers on my phone and call it a day.

Received all today saying they were sending a letter out and gave me the phone number and case number and to call and make arrangements before they sent letter out- told them to go ahead and send letter and would take it to my lawyer to take care of it-  they hung up.

Just received a phone message from the posted number stating the same scenario - thank you very much for the laugh - I needed that. I may call them just to let them hang themselves and tell me what my husband owes - ( he suffers from life threatening injures he received in an accident 7 years ago is not mentally or physically capable of making any decisions, nor able to leave our home) again thanks for the laugh

Just received a call in my office from these people. Said they were process servers looking to serve legal documents to my boss's husband's son (who happens to be in prison). They started asking me where to deliver the documents to and I told them that the community is gated, give me your information. They did give me a the number of 844-515-8189 and a case #. I called back and got the LDA Group. I told them to remove the phone number from their data base as this was a business. I did call my employer at home to warn her about it since her husband is older and might fall for this scam.

Web site says something about in business since 1998 with over 25 years of service... they need to check the math skills of their website designer lol

Called at 8am this morning no message. Called about 4 years ago with threats of court talked to them and they couldn't even tell me what company i owed $2800 to.
