First, I received a call from an unknown number claiming to be from some "verification office" by the name of "Bill Thompson".  He then gives me this phone number to call 848-515-8189.  I call the number and this guy who says his name Ben Spencer tells me that I'm being sued by Lowe's and that I own a company called "Renovations...something...LLC".  I don't know where they got my name, my phone number, or my address.  I am beyond pissed.  He kept accusing me of being affiliated with this company, saying that if I'm not affiliated, then i don't need to show up in court on my court date.  When I asked him when the court date was, he would not tell me and told me that I had no need to worry.   What do they plan on doing with my information???

They called and harassed me too.  How do I fight back?   What's the number and who do I talk to?

yes! they have done this too.  Called my family all over the place and threatened them.  He called my daughter and made it seem like something had happened to me, but wouldnt give her any info until she verified our address.  She hung up on him and called me crying.  I called the number and he was so rude and vicious, made threats.  I hung up and called the Police.  I had nothing to give them other than this number, there is nothing they can really do. How can we stop these people?!?!?!?

I got a call from a bill spencer saying i was being sued and fedral chargers were being pressed against me because i did not pay a loan i owe for 200 dollars and that if it went to court i be paying back for 4000 thousands dollars because of attorney fee and court fees the number was 8445158981 they call themselves LDA group

harassing phone calls regarding process collection...they are calling several members of our families

They don't state their name or company name. They make many threats of arrest and jail time. They called me twice and left a message which states no identities. They called my 15 yr old daughter, my mother and a couple of my siblings. I spoke with a few lawyers who all said this is fraud and a scam. The only thing anyone, who gets a call from these people, can do is to keep very good records of all calls and any conversations and file a complaint with the FCC, FTC, and your States Attorney General's office. Doing this will shut them down and arrest them. Doing this is a must. I found out what their website name is and boy does there website scream Fraud and Scam. http://www.pacldagroup.com/ Include this with your complaints.

(844) 515-8189 keeps calling me stating I have been sent several letters via postal mail. And I have never recieved anything from any company owing money.  They also claim they have information attached to my ss# and drivers license. SCAM ....I hate when they do this. Stop wasting your time you won't get a dime out of me.

I am almost 100% sure that my information was stolen from Ebay to make these calls (scam attempts), the two phone numbers they attempted to reach me on were both ONLY in my ebay account, and the calls started shortly after eBay was hacked and made us all change our passwords!!! Same b.s. about legal papers, we all know no process server gives you a heads up on serving you, they NEED the element of surprise.  Also when I started to ask them questions, anything and only anything they knew about me was in my ebay account.

They are trying to scam a lot of people. They are breaking the law with many of their actions; making phony treats, calling family members.

I keep getting phone calls from 844-515-8189 harassing me. They says they have papers for me to be served.

after further investigating i believe the data breach and info came from either at&t or t-mobile, most likely at&t, as they are calling all the lines on my account, at&t was breached in april and timing wise it makes sense, they are calling all the numbers on my account.

I was called and left a voice mail and I called back. They asked me a lot of question about my hb and his company,  that is incarcerate in a federal prison for tax fraud . I told them that I don't provide information over the phone for such as calls and he started to be a jerk and told me: listen , "how do you think you [***] talking like that" and I hung up! I was in shock for half hour for the way they had been talking me !

These peopple keep calling and something just told me to check the numbe on line on look it hereI am reading about me. My question is where do they get my information from???

Phone numbers are bought and sold. No one is safe. Once one scammer gets a hit on your phone, they will keep calling you only changing the numbers. Then your number gets sold to another company. I hope this is the one and only time you get a call. I have been dealing with this for over 3 years now.

Got a text from this number.  Something about joining John something (didn't get the last name).

I got a call from a woman first and then she had me talk to a Matt Bennett. His direct phone number is 323-282-5903, but the number on the letter was 855-550-8751. He sounded legit, but after researching the company name, phone number, and address I found it to be a scam. The address on the letter shows a motel in Los Angeles. (Google Maps) The address is 12021 Wilshire Blvd. # 511. They also answered the phone "Corporate Office" when I called them back. They claimed to be a litigation office. The payee on the form said MVR Re Services, Bayview Solutions. Don't pay these con artists anything. They may have some of your personal information (which is scary) and they may sound legit, but they are a hoax.
