- MyrnaYes... Christine from “National Social Security” keeps calling me even though I blocked her... she calls back from a different number. I never applied for Social Security Benefits.

- JTDitto. Christine from National Disability asking if I have inquired about requesting monthly SS disability benefits, and that she can help get me started on the application (assuming I don’t already receive SS benefits). The number did come up as a local call, but then gives the toll free 844 number. May be ligit company (doubt it's an actual gov agency), but sounds scammy to me.

- MellieSame message, Christine from National Disability, using a spoofed Oklahoma phone number (caller id shows Chickasha, Ok 405-544-5848). Since they don't say my name in the message, that means they are cold calling, and just hoping that I will call them back and give them information so they can either steal my bank, credit card, identity, or pay them for a bogus "service".

- MimmyThis is a social security disability scam. They "spoof" local numbers to make it look like they're calling from a telemarketing number in a local attorney's office. Hoping we will give them all our information so they can steal our identity and ruin us. With each separate voice recorded they say they're a different person such as "Benefit Advisors", "Disability Advisors" and such. They lease various toll free numbers/1-844-690-8191/1-866-201-3121/1-866-201-3779/ and others to leave on our voicemail. If we happened to answer the call or call the number back they consider us "gullible" to their scam. If they get zero feedback they usually stop calling in two to three weeks. But they sometimes sell our numbers to other scammers!
- Caller: Disability Advisers/Benefit Advisers/ALL NAMES ARE ONLY SCAMS TO GET YOUR INFO

- Mike ArroyoThis is the second call from, Kristine, at, National Disabilities (whatever that is). The gal spoke her line without interruption even when I answered the phone while her spiel was in progress. It wasn't even a human, though the voice was pleasant. She said that I applied for social security disability benefits. I have dealt with this sort of calls before. One word....SCAM! ROBO! Can't even tell when a person is speaking, the robo just keeps talking! Pathetic really!!!

- Tired of it!There sure are a lot of Christines in that call center. If you google “National Disability” you will find a pretty convincing website that offers a bogus quiz to see if you qualify. Further down the Google search page, you’ll see results from the FTC warning of this scam. Don’t call the numbers back. EVER! You’re letting them know they got a fish on the line and not only will they continue their efforts, they’ll sell your phone number to other scammers as a “live line.” I reported them again to the FTC. You’d think they’d have done something by now. If you’re not already on the National Do Not Call list, get it done. It may not stop the calls but if you keep records of dates, times and callback numbers, you’ll have ammo to give the Do Not Call folks and the company will be fined or worse. Stay safe and healthy, all!
