I keep getting call with local numbers in tx but give that 1844 number of course its christine. How can i get ride of them as they keep calling me from different local numbers

I have gotten calls constantly from them for just over 3 years. They want to help with disability claim that I never filed. I am sure they got my info from a serious hit and run accident I was the victim of. Serious enough he that I was airlifted in a medivac. I was laid up for 9 months but never applied for permanent disability. I am sure these ambulance chasers found me in the newspaper articles

They might have gotten your name that way, or you may have just been called because of the shotgun approach many scammers use in calling for potential victims; calling thousands of numbers hoping to hit a few that will fall for their scam.
I have not been in any accidents and have never filed for disability, yet I have received these calls many times in the past (and expect that they, or someone else running the same scam, will call again in the future).
Did they ask for you by name, or just generically state that they can help you file a claim?  If it was the former then you might be right, if the latter then you were just one of thousands of numbers called as they dialed their way through your area code and prefix.

Actual human with boiler room noise. Says name kid Christine for National disability insurance about applying for ss diability benefits. Gives call back number of 844-690-8191.

"Hello this is Christine from National Disabilities"  She then said she had left a previous voice mail (false to my knowledge), then she said it's time critical and I need to call her back but I could ignore the call if I'm already getting SS disability benefits (don't they know that I am or not?).  Also why would you cold call for disability benefits, I would think only someone that's disabled should be getting such payments.

There are a few versions of this scam. Some are outfits that will try to get you undeserved SSDI and either change a fee or percentage. Some are phishing type scams. Some will try to sell you meds or medical equipment. No matter what, these are scams targeting you, Social Security, Medicare/Medicaid or all of these.

Same here called left messages saying Christine, urgent to call her 1-844-690-8191. They Don’t call first off. It’s a SCAM and you calling back just given them your information to search you to apply for disability on your Social security!!!

I get the same call every week from Christine at  “National Disability”...exact same script on the vm as others have entered.  Scam as I never applied for disability.  (Also have not applied for unemployment but did go on some job sites for employment).  The # call display gives is always different but call back number is always 844-690-8191

Social security scam. Nothing has been done about these people I see since ALL of these posts are still here and here I am in April 2021 still posting about it. They call from an unblocked phone number in your area but leave the same 844 number to call back.

Well, maybe you could report this number and scam to the proper authorities. "ALL of these posts are still here..." Where would you expect these posts to go? They're here to help people who look up this phone number since that's what this site is for.

Same scam wanting social sec

Hot 2 calls, first with this return number left by “Christine”. Second from a different number, with a different call back, from a second woman

"Christine" called and left a message telling me to apply for SSD benefits. Did not call back. This call was silenced by my cell provider, but she was still able to leave a message.

Again May 2021 at 6:30 am just got this message from "Christine" from National Disability requesting a call back at 844-690-8191, supposedly something I had inquired about, definitely not.  Caller ID simply said "North Bend, WA" and displayed a different local number (425-292-1270) that they acquired to make it look local.  So I notice this number has been used for this scam since at least 2014.  You'd think someone could put a stop to it.

National Disability/Social Security scam call

Christine is still hard at work a year later!  She has been calling my number for the last couple of days.

I got several calls in one day with messages from ( Christine) so I answered one, She knew my name: I told her she's being recorded ( BALSY DIDN'T HANG UP). I was recording the conversation- I asked her why she called me 5x and thought I needed disability, FIRST LIE - she says they're random calls. I told her that's not what the 5 messages said. Then she wanted me to answer questions, and at that moment my husband broke in the line, ( 3 way call she didn't know about) and said that's all we need Ma'am ! She hung up so fast😁

"National Disability" robocall received from many different phone numbers across many area codes.  Sometimes I get 8 of these in one day on my voicemail after I dont answer.
