This number was calling me up to 3x a day I had the number blocked from my phone today they called everyone with my same last name with in a 10 mile radius some happened to be my elderly relatives who were having an anxiety attack thinking they were coming to my job to arrest me WTF is wrong with these people?

I received the same call from that number but when I called back i dialed *67 1-844-704-5171 and made myself a private caller. i asked the [***] what his phone number and address was. I must have caught him off guard because he started to give me his personal number and must of caught himself. he stopped and hung up. Overwhelm them with calls and maybe they will stop for a while.

I also got the  "Hi, my name is Jordon Marx (?) process server here.  I attempted to deliver some paperwork today unsuccessfully."  and some more I didn't catch.  Thanks for all the comments here that help assure me this is a scam.

I have the same, Jordon Marx.... spam for sure how does one person make it all over the usa to deliver papers.......whoever it is, is pretty stupid........, hope they get caught..

I had exactly the same experience a few months ago--they claimed to be looking for someone I never heard of. Said that they would remove my number, but a few weeks later, the calls began again. I can temporarily block up to 5 numbers on my cell phone, but they keep calling from different numbers. Very irritating. Don't really know what they want.

I received a call from George (Jordan?) Marks (sp?) who claims to be a process server - and leaves 844-704-5171 as a return number to call.  I do not have any problems that a process server would be used and I am easy to find if someone wants to serve me.  This is a fraud call.  How can I stop these calls>

Got same call from same name etc. today...Never call these jerks back or give any info...best to call your state's atty gen office and report the number and circumstances...

I received that exact same message today 3/10/2014. I decided to Google the number before I attempted to call them back and I am so glad I did.

Got the same call at 10:30 this morning.

I got the exact same message on 3/10/2014.  Called the number back and spoke to three different people, Jordan Marx being one, and told them to stop harassing me, and Jordan Marx said I would be served soon.  This is Ludacris!  How do these people get away with harassing people all day every day???

. . . Be . . .cause . . . they're CRIMINALS! And while we're at it DON'T call back numbers you DON'T know. Look them up first, & you lighten the chance of being scammed.

but it is coming to my house phone, not my cell.  

I got the same message today just now called them back and I got the same spiel that I could resolve this pending matter if I was willing to settle to pay a lesser amount that would help me out I to say WTF

Received message twice recently, on different days.

Jordan Marx called me as well. These people are complete pieces of Sh**.
Ignore this crap and harass them back. Make him laugh, or just make fun of him. LOL
Blow their phone up with callbacks constantly-as long as you find out that you won be charged

I got the exact message from Jordan Marks, "a process server"!  After looking online I discoverd that legitimate process servers would come to your door and serve you.. so why would they announce their arrival.Thank you everyone on this site for your advice too!
