Scam !!!!! 252-252-2221 bogus # 844-712-2131 scam !!!!!,

They shut there number down. I was going after them with all the resources I could. Last time I called them was Sept 10th. I have called them once a week for the last 4 months. I kept asking for paperwork they had. Didn't receive anything. I sent certified letters and got nothing. The last person I talked with stated that they sent my debt back to sprint.  I don't have a debt with sprint.

If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money,  tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  You might have to yell at the scammer and talk over him or her.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.

Ok Folks, As of Sept 10th 2015 all of JP & Assoc phone numbers have been shut down. I did some research on them and found that the 844-712-2131 location is on Melville Dr Las Vegas Nev. When I told them I was going to pay ( not really ) They gave me a website of bhabillpay.com which is another collection fake company in New Hampshire call Bryant, Hodge & Assoc Phone: (888) 675-4485 18 North Main Street, Rochester, NH 03867. Which is owned by Brandon Wilson https://www.linkedin.com/pub/brandon-wilson/34/296/50. After I contacted the http://www.consumerfinance.gov/ they contacted me back and they where unable to get a hold of Jp & Assoc. and thats when I called them on Sept 10th and got nothing. I Sent a Certified letter to them which required a signature. I did get a name Matt Gonzalez.
