Debt Collector

It says is a debt collector
I don't have outstanding debt so that's clearly a scam
They didn't use my name

Called twice so finally I called back

When you call the number back they tell you 855 552 2251 to call it's vonage

Had my name correct, but the wrong birthdate and address (right city though), must be going through everyone who has the same name til they get the right one. Call is recorded.

Zombie Debt Scammer. Many complaints for unlawful conduct. Do Not call them Back!
Left message on answering machine claiming to be Fresh View Solutions [ was Square Two Financial & Collect America] who specializes in old  “zombie” debt.
They call using various numbers which are probably all fake. So you can not block their illegal phone calls. Legitimate debt collection companies contact you in writing since that’s the law.

Got a call from 720-452-0636 leaving a message from Melody Rangel from FRESH SOLUTIONS to collect a debt. Don't know these people. Don't want to know these people. Why keep harassing people who pay their bills???

844-746-0437  they called asking for Melanie Rangel as the other posts indicate.  they have called 8 times on my BUSINESS line............i have no  idea who this person is and can't stop the calls

Received an automated voice mail from 303.847.4855.  "This is a debt collector, please call back 844-746-0437"..
Really?  Leave an automated voice mail, do ask for anyone directly..there are 4 adults in my house, and just say call back 844-746-0437... UM...NO

It's clearly a scam caller. Says it's Melody Rangel (Wrangell?) from Fresh Solutions, supposedly a debt collector, as already mentioned by others. I have no outstanding debts of any kind. Over the past few months I've received dozens of calls on my voicemail from this fraudulent outfit . What a pain!

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

I keep getting the same message on my answering machine.  Not calling them back because I am not in arrears with anything.  Pain in the _ss!

Received a call from Fresh View Solutions out of Denver, CO on my work phone.  Automated call saying it was Melody Rangle and to call 844-746-0437.   All debts have been paid for years.  Can't get them to stop calling my work.  Very frustrating!

Call blocker might be of some help, if you can get your employer to install one.  Also consider a cease and desist letter.  This should be US mail, return receipt requested.

Keeps calling and I have no debt except from college roommates who stiffed me with a cable bill 25 years ago!
