They have called twice today. No messages left. The second call was after 9 pm.

They are legal to call because they are a survey related company, BUT they are illegal calling after 9PM and everyone needs to file a complaint to FCC/FTC as it is a federal law. https://www.taltc.com/ARC/_media/docs/FCCFAQ.pdf

Unfortunately, unlike other entities calling, surveys are not regulated and can call after 9 pm.  By the way, you put up a sheet about telemarketers.  Telemarketers sell things so unless those surveys turn into sales calls, those particular rules do not apply to them.

The call was very strang le. They asked me if I was registered to vote in my county, asked my year of birth and then just hung up on me.

I get several calls a day. I block most but my home phone only holds 250 blocked calls. So you need to go to the TTC website and make sure that your phone # is on the do not call list. Just by blocking calls, the # has went down.

They have called repeatedly at all hours. Latest was tonight after 9pm

It saus it's apple care and its about potential fraud commit eith my phone or idk  called them back it says the number is not availlable but when they called it had a plus sign before the number and it was saying it was from vietnam

They called us at 7:53am one day.  I called 844 776-0634 (per Caller ID), they answered "Improve-Net, and said they are located in IL.  They say they install residential gutters.  I asked why they called me at an ILLEGAL time.  The person hung up on me.

Follow up to my previous message.  Last week, my husband went on line with a company called "Home Advisors", who have TV commercials.  We needed a gutter cleaner and thought this would be a good place to start.  I have heard 'Home Advisors' send a request to several companies at once.  After our request with 'Home Advisors' these calls started at all times of day and night.

Gentleman on other end asked if I'd like to participate in a market survey.  Before we began I asked him if he had checked the National Do Not Call list.  They had not.  My number was selected by A RANDOM DIGITAL NUMBER GENERATOR (which "ignores" the Do Not Call list)  I immediately hung up.  They called again last night, but I didn't answer.  If they call again, I'm blocking the number

They did not check the list because they don't have to. You knew that already though.
