Hey me too. They won't tell me who they are, just asking me to confirm my social security number. They claim they are a follow up call to a previous call about an old debt. I had already confirmed I would make a payment BUT am now reconsidering if I am going to be harassed on an almost daily basis.

They call me once or twice a day. Still! This has been going on for months. I blocked their number but they still get rolled over to my voicemail. They never leave a message though. They are scammers trying to collect a debt that isn't real.

So these people have been calling my 10 yr old daughters phone DAILY. I answer it and they won't say anything. I called them back to tell them to stop calling, foreign man answered, as he attempted to verify the phone number we got disconnected. I called back, same person answered, as I asked for him to stop calling me he went off on me because I hung up on him before. He wouldn't let me get a word in and then hung up on ME!!! Total JERKS! I've never been treated so poorly by any business.... That should tell you something.

Abusive calls at night.

VERY pushy, they called (from India) insisting they can lower an old bill from $1080 to $270, but wouldn't send anything with a breakdown of what I'd be paying. Kept insisting they could explain the bill, and wanted me to pay it on their verbal information. NOPE. Sorry Astra.

The number calls numerous times of the day. When asked to removed my # the person is rude and vulgar. This is not how business should be conducted when trying to reach someone. They are harassing people with countless calls daily.

Please stop calling

Call about a business matter but will not tell you who and rattle off last 4 of SS#. Never give them anything, if they were legitimate they would tell you who they were with.

Debt collectors . I always tell them to hold on and I will get the person and then I put the phone down and talk crap about debt collection swine until they give up and hang up.

Caught me off guard with the SS# thing and I answered because dealing with an insurance claim, but then started in with the we can't report to credit agencies or sue you but you have this debt.  A What?  A settled one it turns out, so I asked him to proved their claims in writing and by mail only.  He was pretty good and re phrasing what I was saying to his advantage.  Finally said have a nice day and hung up.

Have called repeatedly but since I won't answer, they won't leave a voicemail. I finally blocked the number because my few credit accounts are in good standing with no late payments, and after reading all of the feedback on this site, I am not going to let them harass me about nothing. ;)

Same thing, they want to confirm my identity before they will tell me what they are calling about. They call several times a day

Claimed I owed 12,00.00 on an american express card. I have never had an american express card so I told what they could do with debt.They didn't even have correct address.

This woman with a strong accent asked for a Julie something.  I said, wrong Number, you guys have been calling here for months - Stop it or I'll call the cops!  I can tell they're scammers, because they have that Nigerian sounding accent.  Threaten to call the cops and the calls will stop.

I have received 3 calls from this number. I didn't and won't answer. I don't know party. I blocked number.

I have been getting calls from this number for several months now. They call once a day but lately twice, once during the day and another around supper time. In December I blocked the number. They still call but it just shows the number calling. In the beginning they left a message threatening legal action. I have never responded or answered their call. I believe a serious scam.
