Same thing as everyone else.  A call at my place of business from Jeff Peters, with no further information other than to return his call.  I have asked them MULTIPLE times to not call me at my place of business, and they clearly do not change their calling lists when prompted.  It's not a scam, it's for Bethlee Ltd, a company that dresses mainly business women, however they use a calling service to try and book appointments and do not update their lists.  I won't be calling, but I'm tempted to do so just to B***H them out!

It may not be a scam, but it is a solicitation, and as such, a very bad one.  Poor, poor, poor calling tactics, and incredibly bad business sense, to continue calling after being asked not to.  Best idea might be to contact the company themselves if you know the name and register a complaint.  Also, in this case, the BBB might be a good idea as well; if they are a reputable business, having complaints against them there might work to have them correct the way they are doing business.  Using a calling service that does such a lousy job would certainly be a waste of money, and any business is looking out for their bottom line, so such a waste would be something they might appreciate knowing about.

I received a phone callad from a Jeff Peters at my place of work from 847-913-1760.  He left a message and asked that I call back.  I went to look up this number and realized that I was not aware of who this person could be at all.  I figured it was some type of advertising.  It is annoying and I wish they would stop calling.

I received a call from this number and returned the call and asked the woman who answered the phone what is the name of the company (boutique company) and where did they get my information. She said people from my company shopped at their story. I told her I have never shopped there and do not ever call me again. she quickly hung up the phone.

I too have been receiving these calls at my place of business.  Unfortunately when I looked up the rules and regulations for the Do No Call List I found the following.  

Can I put my business phone number on the Do Not Call Registry?

No. The Do Not Call rules prohibit telemarketing calls to home and cell phone numbers, but not to business phone numbers. Therefore, even if you register a business phone number, telemarketers are still allowed to call that number.

Don't waste your time or breath to utter "Please put me on your do not call list" unless they call your cell phone or home number.  PLUS you need to REGISTER your number on the Do No Call list per Lisa Madigan's office.  http://illinoisattorneygeneral.gov/donotcall/register.htm

Caller phoned my workplace and just said "Dave Peters" call me before 5:00 at 847-913-1750, but again, the caller ID was for Beth Lee, Ltd.  The operator said the phone number reps about a dozen companies--they're telemarketers.

Rec'd a voicemail on my direct work line from Kathy West, I called back within 2 minutes of the call, the old woman who answered said Kathy was not there, I indicated I was returning her call, she immediately went into her spiel about Beth Lee Boutique of Buffalo Grove.  I told her to please take me off her calling list.  When they leave the message, they do not identify where they are calling from or what the call is about.  When you call the number, the person is not there who left the message and the person who answers the phone just says hello -- no identifying where you are calling (like what a normal business would do).  

I got one of these calls last year and totally didn't put it together until I called back.

I received a call from this number at my place of business as well. The woman said her name was Brianna Jones. She did not leave her place of business or any other information. She just asked that I call her back. I Googled the number and found this web site.

My caller was Lisa Owens. Same M.O. - called me at work and left a message. Didn't say what company she was calling from. Said she would be out today, so I called to see what company she was calling from and there was no answer. No answering machine/voicemail either. But if I remember correctly, I received a similar call a while ago.

Same as the others. Patricia Clark called my work, left a message to call her by the end of the day, but said nothing about the purpose of her call to me.

Recv'd voicemail on my work phone from a Kelly Johnson at  ph#815-206-4862; Beth Lee Boutique; I called her back and older lady stated they are having an open house June 2; They are located on Rte 83 & Arlington Hts road.
I also recv'd the same call a year or so ago.. so buis. must be slow if they are back on the phone trying to rev up buisiness?
Wonder how this boutique is.. ? Anyone ever go to the boutique?

Come on you guys! its a 30 second phone call to say your not interested. It's only 3 people calling working up to 14 hour shifts for verrrry little money. If you dont call back, we dont get paid.

Wouldn't we all be better if you scum could get real jobs? Or if you just died ... doesn't have to be slow and painful, a quick death would be fine as long as it stops the calls. Not only don't we care if you get paid, we'd prefer that you didn't even exist.

If you won't stop calling strangers, then there's something wrong with your brain and you deserve all the abuse you get AND THEN SOME.

This is against the law if they hassle people at work. Do I have to sue these people to get this man to leave me alone at work?

I dont know what he wanted? but it doesn't matter. It wasn't related to my job or he would have said so. And obviosly per Google loads of people are getting calls from this same number.

Ditto- Guy named Robert Williams this time.  2nd call in a few months. It's Bathlee Boutiques (sp?) & they said they got the # from employees at my place of work into their "network".  I said I want my # removed & the lady who answered said that would be hard as they don't have a computer system..haha- but just got it through a network?  Hello.   I've reported on the Do Not Call list & that doesn't help so will report to BBB.

Message on my work voice mail.  Woman left her name -- Gail Johnson -- and the number to call back, 847-913-1750.  Sounds very businesss like as if there is a business issue, but she left no details or company name.  Sounds like a scam.  At any rate, very annoying.  I don't return calls from people who do not disclose the reason they are calling.

OK, i think i have the scoop.  This is a retail store that carries high end designer womans clothing..but is only open by invitation...and then only on weekends.  It really sounds like its a shady operation.   I have never gone as i prefer to by my stolen goods the old fashion way out of the back of a truck.   They have a make due shop in arl hts..don't remember the address.  I finally got them to stop calling me when i told them i only shop for clothes at Walmart.  Today i got a call from Patricia Clark...no message, but I am to call her back at this number.

Adding to the list- Caller Id at work noted a missed call from BETHLEE LTD, 847-913-1760 and caller left a voicemail. It was simply a person asking me to call back at 847-913-1750.  I looked up the company on the internet and found this web site. Thanks for everyone's feedback and, needless to say, I will not be calling back.

Same as the other posts, a woman called and left a message on my office voicemail.  Left her name "Patricia Clark" and ask that I call her back at (847)913-1750, no additional information was provided.

Same as others. Looks like this scam has been going on for a while. This time Gail Johnson called from 847-913-1617 and asked me to call back at 874-913-1750. She left the date and said she'd be in the office all day, but no indication of why I should call her back.
