- VickieI got a message at work today from 847-913-1750. No idea what it is for and will NOT be calling back either.
- Caller: unknown
- SarahI received a call from Beth Lee Wholesaler/Boutique as well. The call back number was 815-206-4862. I called back and the woman's name was Kelly Johnson. She explained they are showing thier Fall line of clothing and they have the same items that Bloomingdales sells. I asked for a website and she said they didn't have one. I said I wasn't interested if they didn't have a website and she was kind and said thank you. It seems like a scam, but I don't understand it. They called me on my direct line at work, I have no idea how they got my number.
- Caller: Beth Lee
- chris replies to Reez| 1 replyyou should never use your name in your voice mail....use the standard greeting option
- ChrisWe should get a group of people together and call back all of these idiots at one time and blow up their minutes or if they are an 800# they pay for the phone call and just give it back to them
- Carla GordonLisa Clark - 847-913-1750. Called my place of business with no detailed message about who she was. Just said (in a very rushed way like she was trying to get to other calls) to call back.
- Caller: Unknown
- KimI also received a call from this number today at my office. "Lisa Clark" asked for a callback today but did not reference what she was calling about. I do not return calls if I do not know what it is in reference to OR the person calling.

- DebI received a call from 847-913-1750. "Lisa Clark" asked that I return her call. No company/business name or what the call was in regards to. These folks have been calling off an on for a couple years. Annoying and aggravating.
- CaraIt's still the sam "MO". Lisa Clark leaves a VM at my office. Says she'd appreciate a call back at 847-913-1750. Left her in-office hours. No other info. Like everyone else, I will never return a call if there is no explanation for attempting to reach me or a place of business. No one mentions if the calls persisted.
- No name replies to chrisGood thought about not putting your name on your voice mail, HOWEVER, some of us are required by our employers to use our names at out work voice mails.
- AnnoyedI just received one of these... a voice mail message at my direct work number saying it's Lisa Clark, please call back at 847-913-1750 as soon as I can. I'm a primary contact person for my company for outside callers/media inquiries, so I do need to return calls in case it's something business-related. Turned out to be an "invitation" to attend a clothing show/clothing store event - I didn't pay much attention to the specifics once I found out the gist of it. What a sleezy way to do business.
- AndreaSame as many people already...a generic message (from Lisa Clark) requesting that I call back. The VM was left on my work phone, which I never give out.
I called back and asked for Lisa Clark and they transferred me somewhere and somebody else answered. She began her spiel about a midnight madness sale at their "boutique that specialized in high-end clothes." I stopped here right there and said where are you calling from. Bethlee Boutique in Buffalo Grove.
I told her that they have been calling me for at least 6 years and I've always asked to be taken off their call list. She said, "I know, I'm sorry but our boss won't let us take anyone off the calling list." I said that she is violating FTC/Do-Not-Call laws by doing this. She said, "I know but she won't let us." I said, so your boss doesn't care that she's breaking the law. She said, "No she doesn't.". I said, you have a pretty bad and stupid boss then. She agreed. To her benefit, she sounded apologetic and it seemed that this kind of mad call is not new to her. She said if I gave her my phone number she "could sneak in and take the number off the list."
Not holding my breath....
In the meantime, I'm submitting complaints to the Do Not Call list (https://www.donotcall.gov/) and the BBB (http://chicago.bbb.org/).
Oh, by the way?? On the BBB site they have a rating of F.

- SummerI have received calls from this place periodically. I recognize their name on caller ID and never pick up. They all have the identical pattern - they leave a message please call me back at my business phone blah blah. I did answer the phone once and got the same story - private wardrobe showings. Told them I would never be buying business clothes since we are business casual and what I have left from the olden days will take me through to retirement on the few occasions a year I might need such clothing. They still call me every few months.

- DotMy daughter has received these calls for a few years. The women are always polite. She finally went to see what it was all about. In a nutshell: large open dressing rooms; friendly, enthusiastic sales women bring clothes in for you to try on; good brands, good quality, great styles, good variety; even larger sizes (16s, XLs); but over-priced. My daughter went on line after purchasing some pieces and found them far cheaper if purchased directly from designer's website. Ex: winter pants - on line they are on sale (due to end of season), at Beth Lee's they are less than retail, but about a third more than the on line sale price.

- AliceI made the effort to call back and as soon as I started saying, politely, to not call me anymore, I got hung up on before I could finish the sentence. Nice way to do business.

- JohnBeen getting calls on my cell from this # for a couple days now. Stumbled on this site and decided to answer the phone with "Beth Lee Boutique; Buffalo Grove, correct?" The woman said yes, clearly shocked by my knowing the company. I went on to suggest she pass a memo to her superiors that they should speak with their lawyers. Was promptly hung up on lol. I kinda hope they do call me back, could be fun.

- Caller: Kathy Miller didn't leave company name
- NicoleI received a voice message from "Karen Miller" on my office line. She left no details/reason for call, other than a call back number (847-913-1750). Bizarre... glad I stumbled upon this site; definitely not calling back.
