This  number calls my house EVERY DAMN DAY. Every time I pick up the phone, there is no one there!! ever! no one has ever been on the line each time i pick up!!

This caller does not accept solicitors.

This number called 7/15/13 and didn't leave a message. (848-467-0709)

Called, I was on the other line so didn't answer, saw it on Caller ID. I don't have any credit cards but if I did I woudln't talk to anyone about lowering rates, etc who calls me (and I'm on the Do Not Call Registry)  One thing I've been getting, but can't look up is calls that say "incoming call" and no number. I have anonymous call rejection turned on but it still comes through. if I hit *69 it says they can't give the number of the last call. Not sure if this is related to the number being discussed here, but they sometimes do leave a message about lowering credit card rates. but since there is no number there's no way to look it up. Like someone would actually give personal info to a company to lower their credit card rates, fi the company has a fake set up that says "incoming call" and hides the number and doesn't give a company name?

pressed 1 to talk with someone and I asked to be taken off of the call list and they hung up on me!

They called at dinner time and hung up before my answering machine kicked in. When l called the number back, l got two recordings. First, "Please leave a message". Then, "This mailbox is full. Please try your call again later". I would've left a message for them to take me off their calling list. Not that it would have any effect lol. I will report it to the DNC Registry, though that's also an exercise in futility.

Your first response was one too many.  Don't give out any personal info to strangers. I don't pick up the receiver for any "out of area" or "unavailable" calls.

When you answer these calls, it serves to verify that yours is a working number.  That, in turn, guarantees that you will receive many more of these.  None of these care one bit that you are on the DNC Registry and pressing the suggested number does not take you off of their list. Just don't answer these "out of area" or "unavailable" calls, or from numbers that you do not recognize.

I got a call from 616-980-2164 on Thursday 08-15-12, three calls telling me this was my last chance.  Well last chance has been at least 75 calls.  When I ask them to take them off the list the very next day I get a call from 848-467-0709 New Jersey....did not answer call and they hung up, did not leave a message.  This has been going on for months....I wish them all dead, get a job and do honest work.

I try to get them to talk to me. Was on hold for 1 hour 47 minutes. My call was next, then it was 10. This went on for a while. I like to get them on the line, make them explain their service as many times as they are willing. When I get bored, I say, "Oh, I forgot. We don't have any credit cards!" It can be a fun game, really :-)

Knew it was a scam. Tried to get them to answer. Was on hold for 1 hour 47 minutes before I got bored. BTW, they have 4 songs on a 22 minute rotation, in case you were wondering :-)  Can't wait for them to call back. I feel a strong need to waste their time.

I just received two phone calls; the first said "out of state", the second said "cellphone NJ".  So... a company that presumably asks for your information, can't be bothered to let you know who's calling, and tries to scare you with bogus claims of poor credit.  Seems legit.  Where do I send my info and blood sample?

I received my daily call from these folks at 1:04pm today. While the recorded announcement was going on I pressed 0--immediately a male answered and asked if I were waiting for "Lori,"  I said no, and then I asked why in the h--- are you calling me. He said he wants to help me. I told him my grass needs cutting, the gutters need cleaning, the windows need washing, and the telephone needs to be manned because an awful lot of scammers are calling me and I have no time for them. When I asked him which "job" he wanted, he uttered a foul word and hung up.

I get these calls daily from 848-467-0709. Being on "do not call" lists does absolutely no good. The caller ID shows "Unknown Caller." I am going to report them again--but that does no good either.

don't pickup the phone.  Any legitimate person who needs to get in touch with you, will leave a voice message.

Caller ID "Cell Phone NJ" ... AUG 19@4:45pm EDT… I do not answer callers I do not know. They did not leave a message. Prior 800notes.com indicates SCAMMER.

Received 2 calls from the above annoying caller within 1 minute of each other. Caller ID said: out of area. No message left, just the usual hangup. I just delete, delete, and delete. I would never try to call any of these robocalls back. I am on the Do Not Call list..that doesn't help. All of you can save yourselves a lot of grief and just delete the number thats left on the cradle of your caller ID.

Called, left no message. I called back got same as above, leave message...On national DNC list. Am reporting.
