The call has been on my caller id and a message was recording- nothing.  I dialed the number and it indicates that the # has been disconnected. and no longer in service.

I am registered on the DO Not Call list but receive calls from this number regularly.  It is very annoying!

julie cleys--she now lives in jacksonville, fl.  i would have thought she would have disconnected that line...unless these people are using numbers that are no longer active somehow?

I do not know who this was, I asked him what credit card he was calling about and he hung up on me, he was from fla....

Pressed 1 and asked to be taken off the list.  She hung up.
Called the number back for "disconnected" message.

Just received the call from 850-475-5122, my phone said "No Caller ID" but listed the number calling in. I decided to answer it, and there was a dial tone. They had immeidately hung up probably after the first ring. I answered it on the 2nd ring.  We are also on the DNC list. So annoying!

Received call while busy, called back and got "This number is no longer in service"

Got a call from 850-475-5122 today at 11:53 a.m.  I am on the do not call list plus I have an unlisted number, so I don't answer numbers I don't recognize.  Irritating though that you can go to these lengths and these places still get your number.  I have gotten so fed up with all the "unknown" callers and "800" numbers that I bought a machine that I can block phone numbers so they don't even ring in.

Scam.  I am on Do Not Call list also...and keep getting these annoying calls.  I pressed 1 this time to speak to a live agent.
When I asked how it was he was calling a number, yet couldn't tell me my name or the "bank" cc account he was referring to, I got told, "Ma'am, I'm not going to listen to any more of your [***]" and hung up on.

Caller Id said Pensacola this time...number isn't in service when you try to call it.

Reporting these guys to the FCC is pointless. They have the ability to mask their number. The number you reveive via caller ID is NOT the number they are calling from. They are not a legit business. The are con artists using a new method to scam people.

Just called now 5:22 eastern time from 352-357-4151. asking me about a vehicle warranty

received the call today.  pressed 2 option to have my name removed from list. (probably wont help, but did anyways) I am also on the Do not call list.  Not sure how they are able to call us.  Dont people have better things to do than take a telemarketer job?  Totally annoying....

Wish the phone company had an option where you could block certain #'s. (I called to inquire) Maybe someday....

Received a call from 1-850-475-5122 at 3:21 PM today (Jan 29) from Pensacola.  We are also on the DNT list and wondering how they continue to get by with this!  When I answered no one was on the line.  We carry no credit card balance.

I received a call from 1-850-475-5122. I did not answer it because it just said Pensacola,FL. There was a message saying blank was about to expire (the
first part was cut off). If I wanted to lower my interest rate press 1 etc;. The message also concluded that this would be my only call. I redialed the number and received the recording that said this number is no longer in service. What kind of a scam is this?

This call always comes to us from "Heather at the Accounts Department"."Heather" really gets around for being a lumpy-assed slob who sits on the sofa calling people to con them out of their credit card #'s, doesn't she? After realizing that pressing 2 to remove my number does nothing, I have started pressing 1 to speak to a "live", actually rather brain-dead representative to tell them to remove my #. One time I let the phone ring for 1 1/2 minutes before some trogladyte of a woman answered the phone very angrily. I reminded her that she was the one who called me and if neither of us were happy about it, perhaps she should stop. She didn't like my tone and slammed down the phone. Sometimes the call is from 1-850-475-5122, an inactive # in Pensacola, Fla. They are probably using a service like Vonage to keep people from tracing them to their crackhouse. Other times the # is scrambled. The FCC won't do anything b/c I am not a psychic and cannot provide any more info than I have already. When will the FCC, FTC, or FBI do something about this? "Heather" is obviously a national problem.

I wonder if Julie Cleys has anything to do with this. If you Google her, she is from Fla.

01/30/2008 Missed call, no message left.

850-475-5122 called me, with a prerecorded message saying my car insurance term had run out, and that I've been driving for a week now without insurance. Weird.

I have started receiving phone calls from this number and they do not leave a message.  However I do not answer the phone and I have not tried to call it back.
