- lucky| 2 repliesI got a call saying that they were coming to my job to serve me paperwork with a sheriff. I called the number and it was a outstanding debt they were trying to collect ejem i called they were very nice and helpful. If you get a call just answer it and they will work with you or at least that was my experience with them.

- Liar-liar-pants-on-fire replies to luckyYou are a scam!
- Lakers| 2 repliesGot a call from this "law firm" saying they needed to speak to us about a court date and papers that were supposedly served to us at our home and/or place of business. No papers ever came, nor did they refer to us by name on their messages. SCAM ARTISTS AT WORK.
- Caller: The Rossino Law Firm
- JenniferI get the same message on my work line as Lakers post above received - they introduce themselves as the Law Offices of Rossi and Lombardi -my name is NEVER once used, and they tell me I should have received a package at my place of business or at home and someone should have signed for it. They want me to call to go over page 15 before the hearing date...These people have been calling me for OVER a year. (Not always the same person - I've had males and females call). Wouldn't the "hearing date" have come and gone by now...or I'd be in jail for not complying. I honestly believe this is a scam - I work in HR, and getting scam calls for our employees is not unusual (I had one curse me out when I told them the employee couldn't accept personal calls at work)...anyway - this call just seems awfully fishy to me - I have learned that if it's a number out of state or 1-800, I don't answer unless I know for sure it's legit.
- Caller: The Law Firm of Rossi & Lombardi

- ConfusedI just received a call from this number. And yes it sounds fishy. They always leave a message and never press 0 to speak tome personally. What do you do just let them keep calling .... any suggestions Thx

- KettinaThese people have been calling me for almost a month. The first call was from a "process server" who told me that I would be served at an address where I lived years ago and suggested a time. I thought that you were just served so that tipped me off that this is a scam. She then gave me the number to Lombardi and Rossi, a supposed law firm. They called me leaving a message stating that we need to go over page 15 before the hearing and that I needed to call them before the next day, this was at 8 pm. So people out there just don't answer or report them.
- Caller: Lombardi and Rossi
- NinerFan| 1 replyGot the exact same message as above. I love the specific reference to "page 15", makes it sound legitimate, but it's not. I'm just going to report them and ignore the calls. They'll eventually stop, but some of these scammers are relentless, I've had one that calls at least twice a day every day for the last year! Now that is commitment to your scam!
- Caller: Lombardi and Rossi

- KimI got the call at my home today also. Said to refer to page 15 for my hearing date and time. I have not received any papers either. They got my name from doing things over the internet. They especially prey on homeowners and use scare tactics. Beware!
- Caller: Rossi and Lombardi
- KimAnd by the way, lucky you probably work for them. One of the guys who called did a post on here was stupid enough to use the name he uses when he calls stating these people saved him $3000 in lawsuits when he was employed by them. Nothing but dirtbags!
- Caller: Unknown
- GirlMelGlad to know I am not the only person receiving calls from this number. Lol. And I think its hilarious that everybodys court date is on PAGE 15. O_o Now Im curious to know how this is going to go when I turn this over to my lawyers and have this VM as proof of their threats.
- rojust got a call from this number, claiming his name was mark live (not sure about the last name). his extention was #130. this mark said he was looking for jason franklin, documents sent to n. lubben (again the street name was garbled) warren, ohio. i thought it was important so i called back to tell them they had the wrong number. he wanted my number and i said no, i would give him the i.d number the supposive jason was to use to call back, which was 21596. no, he wanted my number. got very rude and i got rude right back at him. he again asked for my phone number, i said i hope they nail you young man and hung up. there has got to be a better way to shut these wack jobs down besides posting on here. but, thank you all for posting. i wish i would have looked up the number first, before i tried to be nice.

- Cha ChaI have been receiving calls from this supposed "law firm" (same name as all of you mentioned) all week. The threatened to serve me papers "at my home, or place of employment", but never once mentioned me by name in the several messages that they left. I called back, and left a message saying that they must have the wrong number, but I would be happy to speak with them to make sure. I left only my number (since they obviously already have it) but I never said my name or any identifying information. Then today, I happened to be home and they called again this time "Tim" left me the same exact message about the papers being served. No mention of name, or the fact that he was returning my call. The caller ID only displays "800-Service". I really think this is a scam.

- Annoyed| 1 replyI didnt answer the call from this number because I never answer weird numbers. After I read the notes on here I called the number back and asked what the call was in regards to. He asked for my number so he could look up my case, I asked him to look it up under my name, his response "What difference does it make if we already have your number?" My response "Get a real job and stop harrassing people with your pathetic scams." He then told me to get a job and get my lazy ass off my couch watching Maury Povich. I told him I dont need a job because my husband makes more than his pathetic scam of a job and that I am sorry his wife has to work because he is an uneducated [***]. :) He then told me he will see me in court!!?? I laughed and hung up. I think I am going to start harassing them like they harass me. See how much they like it. If they call you, call them back and start nice and pleasant. Play their game. Then curse them out. It made me feel 100% better.
- pain in the Butt| 1 replyI have been getting calls from these people for over a year threating to go to my home and that I need to call them because there coming to my Job . and my Supervisor and Hr rep . needs to be avail ??? - nancy| 1 replyKeep getting calls from them. I called back, they said I owed money to a bank from over draft. I told manager of my bank I use now and he informed me if I would owe this money it would have come up when I opened my new account. He checked on the computer and nothing came up on my credit report. He said it is a scam.

- john smith replies to luckyWe keep getting the same call at our place of business, I said I am returning a phone call received at our place of business. they ask for the person, and told them they longer work here, they replied sorry about that and will remove the phone number, so it won't be called anymore. Very nice, still keep your guard up.
- JS replies to NinerFanIt is against the law to call and harass you at work. You can sue them, also leaving that type of information on voicemail or such, is also against the law. If a third party - like a coworker or friend, they can be sued.
I suggest emailing them or faxing, us certified mail them a Seize and Desist letter.
