I received a call from SARAH MORGAN claiming that I owed money for a payday loan with a company called PREMIER CAPITAL that was taken out in Jnauary of 2013 in the amount of $500 but with late fees the total amount was $1859.  I informed MRS. MORGAN that I have never taken out a payday loan but she insisted and keep pursuing the issue.  I asked her to send me information through the postal mail with the ACCOUNT NUMBERS, MY SIGNATURE, MY NAME, MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER ETC.......I never received this information.  After a few days of looking through my financial records (double checking) I found no evidence of this.  People have tried to scam me before so I  was being over cautious.  I contacted my bank and had then to a search for the past 3 years and they found no evidence as well.  I contacted MRS. MORGAN and told her that I had reservations about the information she was giving me.  I asked her for the name of the so called company that had these allegations towards me and she staed "PREMIERE CAPTIAL."  I then told her that I had my bank do a search for the information and she said "WELL PREMIERE CAPITAL IS THE PARENT COMPANY AND THEY HAVE OVER 850 SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES THEY DO BUSINESS WITH.  I CAN SIT HER AND GO THROUGH EACH AND EVERY ONE WITH YOU BUT THAT COULD TAKE SOME TIME."  By this time I'm pissed because she has an attitude with me.  I told MRS. MORGAN I only needed the company that made the allegations.  Needless to say she could not provide any information.  Needless to say they did not get any money from me.  I then informed her that I would be contacting my local DA'S OFFICE to report intent of fraud, I've REPORTED THEN TO MY BANK, I'VE FILED A COMPLAINT THROUGH THIS LINK HTTPS://WWW.FTCCOMPLAINTASSISTANT.GOV/#&PANEL1-1.  I'm looking to file more complaints on them.  I work hard for my money and I don't need someone trying to SCAM it away from me.

Left me a message on my work phone. Said there was a case against me and it will be reported to the state. I have never received any information by mail. Gave 855-234-1309 as a phone number. This number is reported as a scam number. Do Not give them any information at all. Ask them to verify your social security number, address, etc. If they ask you for it, tell them "since your reporting me to the state for fraud, you must have all the information." Then hang up and call you local state attorney's office and your local police dept. Also send the information to your local FBI office.

Yes same here in when you call they don't even state there name in business

I just listened to a voice mail from Mr. WHITE, and the message just started with him saying, "I've been going through your case file and haven't heard from you or your retained attorney, we need to hear from you before the case gets turned over to state. You can speak to one of my investigators. .."...I am constantly getting calls and messages about some case against me and how I'm going to be served an loo

Mr. White or wise. Voicemail doesn't say who they are calling for but they have a case on their desk and they need to hear from me or my lawyer.  Yada yada yada. Another stupid scam I am sure.

yes I received same thing. And they never ask for you by name or give you a claim number.. SCAM

The man states that he is Mr. White and that if i don't call him back immediately that they will send my case over to the state attorney for prosecution. It wasn't until I got another message from a 646 area code that i realized that it was a scam. The man on the other end of the line swore at me and called me all kinds of horrible names when i told him to stop calling me.

I got the same two messages, I will block. Who does this stuff? wish I had time. I guess its just phishing for a working number.
