Call my cell daily and sometimes more than once a day.  Never leave a message.  They don't give up.  SCAMMER!!

Calls every day.  Morning, noon or night.  Sometimes multiple times.  Never leaves a message.  I have NO debt that isn't current.  I've never missed or been late on ANY payment.  So obviously it is not for me.  Why can't this abuse be stopped???

They called today. I checked here first found out it was a debt collector. Had the guy tell me who it was with. He asked to accept payment over the phone. I called the company and turns out I did have an outstanding debt due to me not updating my credit card info so he did have the correct info.

Honeybun again before. I decided to post again bc my original post was not descriptive at all.

Around 3:00 pm today I received a call from the number in question. I checked this forum first before calling the rep back.

The  representative asked am I speaking to insert my name. I am aware of other scammers who try to get you to say yes so that they can use your voice for other purposes. Instead of saying ‘yes’ I said ‘you have the correct person’.  The rep then disclosed that they were calling about a debt I had with a rental car agency. I asked which agency. The rep told me which one and asked me for payment.  After the rep confirmed the info, I then called the rental car agency.

My subscription to the rental car agency could not be charged because I forgot to update my cc info on my account. I paid the company right then and there.

Perform due diligence to insure the debt this company claims that you have has indeed been paid. In my case it wasn’t. This collector wants you to pay through them even if you settle up with the company in question directly. Don’t give the collector any of your financial info.

call at all hours

This number calls 3-5 times a day. does not leave a message. I answered one time. would not give me her name. wanted MY information. asked if my birth date was correct. i would not verify and asked her "Why are you calling me? I will not give out my information if you can't tell me what you are calling for." she says "I will let you know when I get you to verify your information.'

Called a family member - kept mentioning that call was being recorded,  very unprofessional, - mentioned a business linked to family member.  Investigation won't stop here!  2019

I declined the call everyday for a month. I finally answered and they wouldn’t tell me who they were unless I would verify my social security number. I hung up. They then immediately called my brother on his cellphone asking to speak with me. The agent on the phone said it was a urgent matter and that I was in legal trouble. She advised that he could solve the matter for me. I made my brother end the phone call. I’m not in any debt nor legal troubles . I think the call is fraudulent.

If you had spent more time reading and less time posting you would not have to do any investigating since everything you need to know has been posted in this thread.  See, when you read you learn.  When you talk you learn nothing.

I think that you are another one who should start reading and learning.  I saw today that most 8th graders in this country can't read.  I am beginning to see why no one reads anymore and can't figure anything out.

They call every day. They said they are collecting a debt and want to verify my personal information . I said no. Hung up and blocked the number.

Been getting the call, like others, couple times a day for 3 days in a row now. Never leave a msg like everyone else and therefore i will never answer it. Don’t answer numbers I don’t know and that don’t leave VM’s. Sorry, And I’m blocking them now, after reading all of this. So, bye felicia!

Received a call this morning, I answered and no one responded in turn.  I have no debt so I can't imagine what they want.  Blocked.
