My daughter (who is only 11 years old) has been receiving calls from this number (4 so far last week, and a few before that).

Her phone number is a newer cell number (so no one should have had the number before).   Neither of us have EVER been a member of 24-hour fitness.

They call me almost daily, 24 hr fitness billing dept. I already explained to them that I have switched all 4 of the accounts under my name to a new bank account due to identity theft issues. The representative keeps asking me for the new bank account information., Why are they trying to charge me again when my accounts are current.

Got calls from LA fitness billing service 3 times per day

called with no message and no answer when i did pick up.

It was 24 hour fitness, I called the number and asked them to cross reference my number and take it off their list.  The rep did and said I should stop receiving calls within 24 hrs. Now I'll wait to see

Not true... I'm getting these calls on my work blackberry, and I haven't been a member of 24 hour fitness in six years.  I didn't even have this phone number when I had my membership with them.

Was receiving calls from this number a few times a day. I wasnt going to call back until I received an email from 24 hour fitness member services explaining my membership was going to lapse for non payment. The call back # in the email was the same as the # that was calling. I recently got a new debit card and forgot to call and update my auto payments. I called them back and provided the new card number. I just checked my back account and there's a fresh charge for membership fees from 24 hour fitness and no other suspicious activity.

Got a few calls but was busy so let it go to voicemail. Answered this morning and it was 24 hour fitness billing. They were letting me know that my card was invalid, which makes sense as I recently lost it and forgot to update it with them. I asked them to verify the card number and my info and they did. It all matched my billing info on file with 24 hour so I gave the information. Got an email with a link authorizing the auto pay renewal.

I'm actually really curious, for the people blocking the number instead of finding out who it is and letting them know that you will take care of it yourself (I asked the representative if I could do it online and she said that shouldn't be an issue but they are calling as a courtesy) did you rmembership end up cancelled? And for those that don't have a membership, ask them to update their records as it could just be an old account or someone gave fake info and you should look into ID theft.

24 hour fitness...just calld em back and paid my bill.

12-09-2014 This company is 24 hour fitness, I am very sorry I joined them a few months back. They have called me 14 times since Nov. 28th. I have called them and told them to stop calling me. Damn 24 hour fitness are Harassing people. I now block them with Mr.Number blocker.

Thanks - forgot about these guys when replacing lost card

This number calls 2-3 times a day.  They never leave a message and when I answer they hang up.  Extremely annoying!

I got a call from this number yesterday but I didn't pick up. Then got a call again today so I answered to see what this was all about since I'm expecting some appliances to be delivered today. Anyway I answer "hello" and immediately a lady with a Caribbean accent tells me that she's from 24 hr fitness and asked me to give her my phone number (that she literally just called to) so I told her that I'm not a member of 24 hr fitness so why would I give her my phone number. She must have asked for my phone number at least 6 times in less than 5 minutes. Finally I asked "Why would I give you my phone number if I'm not a member of this fitness club?" and then she said "ok so if you want us to take you out of our system then we're going to need your phone number. Can I have the phone number I just called?" So at that point I just said, "no thank you, I'm good" and hung up haha.
I bet that won't be the last time they'll try to call me. But at least now I know not to answer that number.
It's definitely a scam. I would be very weary of the information you give these people.

No its when you stop going to the gym and they want you to stay paying them. Trust me I worked there

This is not a scam.  I just called them and they said that the system called me in error and everything was fine with my account.  I asked them when my next bill was going to be taken out of my account (just to test if they were legit) and the gave me the correct date and amount.  It is 24 Hour Fitness for this number.
