Keep getting calls. Answered weeks ago and it was a lady from 24hr fitness asking to update my credit card. SCAM. I had updated my card the week before in person at the gym so I told her I had and she kept pestering me for it...DONT GIVE THEM ANYTHING.

They call me every day about 3 times and whenever I pick up they don't answer

This [***] number seems to be a frequent pain in the ass. Seven pages of complaints so far? You don't say! Thanks for saving me the trouble, if not the aggravation.

The man who left a message on my personal cell phone said he was from Wells Fargo Bank and wanted to talk to me about getting a personal loan or line of credit.

calls every day to try to scam you. block and don't give any info.

this is a scammer/phisher. they got their hands on the 24 hour fitness credit card database and call people right after their credit cards expire to try to get the new credit card number. it makes me laugh the idiots here who are so righteous about "PAY YOUR BILLS" when really they got phished because they're too dumb to figure out what's really happening. if you're really worried about your cc on file not being correct, go in person to change it or change it on their website. do you think 24 hour fitness cares so much to call twice a day about your card not being updated, and the number is inactive whenever you call back, and whenever you answer they mumble and act unprofessional? use your brains.

24 hour fitness collection department. My credit card number was stolen while I was in Europe. They immediately started calling day and night asking for their $30. I received 8  calls without a message in 3 days. If these idiots would not have done this, I would not have canceled my membership with them. I was going once or twice a year, [***] business practices, I hope they go bankrupt.

It's 24 hour fitness, they called because there was a problem processing my payment. It's a legit number.

I have been getting the same number call me, they have called my number 8 times yesterday. the area code 855 is a toll free number so you won’t be charged if you call back

It said 24 hour financial office

They call me at least once a day if not more. I've answered a few times and they just hung up. I'm a member at 24 and my cc # got stolen online(Amazon) and I forgot to update my info at 24. But not once have they left me a voicemail, text or email! And when I pick up they hang up! I plan on canceling since they are not professional about it.

Same here! I had lost my card 2 months ago and for some reason thought my gym was attached to my checking account. If it weren't for this post, I would not have even called back. They left no vm, no email and I've been going to the gym! What are the front desk people good for? Nobody could have told me this at the gym when I come in? 🙄

so these people are posing as 24 Hour Fitness, I have called my gym and I am up to date on all of my payments there was never an answer on the other end and when I call back the call becomes even stranger asking me for banking information. I called my gym directly and they say I'm up to date so it doesn't make any sense be careful people.
