Missed this call again.  First call came yesterday afternoon.  These posts are very helpful.  I, too, forgot about 24 hour Fitness when I recently replaced my Card.  I updated my Fitness account yesterday with new information.  Hopefully, no further missed calls will be received.

This is automatic call from 24 Hour Fitness that is supposed to stop because I updated my card info in my account there. See earlier post. Who knows how long this will take?

It's a scam!!! They want your credit card number. They've hacked into the 24 hour data base. The people at 24 hour said they would never ask you for your cc number over the phone, they would ask you to come in and fix the issue or log onto their website account settings and make the adjustments.

Called this morning and said they were "arbitrators" trying to settle a $590 debt for a pay day loan which I took out in 2012.  Couldn't tell me the name of the company or send me documentation of a debt. Said they represented the holding company. Also stated that they would settle for 50% of the debt.  Said I am about to be served and reported to the credit bureau. ???!!!  This is a scam!  Reporting them to the states attorney. They had my name ,address , email , telephone and current bank name.

Please stop calling me.

Calls repeatedly, never leaves a message.  Occasionally a female voice will say that due to there being no response they'll terminate the call.

Your judgmental post was really ignorant.  They call and call, but never leave a voicemail.  If not checking here would never have known there was a problem.

They call, never say anything when you pickup, and no answer if you call them back. A very poor way to do business.

I too are receiving constant badgering from this number on my new phone.  Something about my dead great grandmother who just recently died, and something about me needing to pick up his insurance premiums.

How they managed to mistake a her for a him (or, that my great grandma died before I was even born for that matter...) is amiss to me.

24 hour fitness trying to renew a membership or get new card info so they can continue to charge you. It's impossible to get out of a membership, even out of contract, so if you cancel your card or get a new card, they will be relentless in trying to get new card info from you. just block the number or ignore the calls.

Its not actually 24 hr fitness its a scam!!!! Call 24hr fitness and ask them if they have been calling you!

Got a call saying they were calling from 24hr fitness. I told them they were a scam and she asked me if I did not have a membership I told the lady I had an account through my work that had been canceled since I had not been going. She said the call could be monitered or recorded and I told her I didn't care and not to call my fu**king phone again. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY!!! The fact that the phone number is even on here is evidence of a scam. Call 24hr fitness your self to resolve any issues.

Continuous calls all day/nights

I received a call from this number. When I answered, no one was on the other end. I dialed the number and someone from 24 Hours answered. As it turns out, if you change your bank account information or the like, if 24 Hours misses a payment an automated system will call you. There may not be someone on the other end of the call because it is an automated system. My suggestion is that you return the call and provide the information that 24 Hours needs.
