    Thank you, Sally!

I have theIr contact info in my phone, but this number was not recognized.  They also left a message, which I couldn’t understand at all.

I appreciate the clarification.  Thank you, again.

MR Ryan Daniel Klase AKA Ally. Yes I am 38 days late but since you don’t seem to understand that in my country there is a recession (perhaps not yours) my wife and I have been struggling since that thing called a pandemic Mr Klase. I had the money one day past the due date but you would not take it without ruining my credit by 38 points. You call and sometimes say you must speak to me today in a deep voice just on the edge of threatening me. Your friendly bank calls a minimum of 7 times a day. Take a hike! I will pay you on day 59.

You seriously think that you are communicating with that person?  You do know that by posting that it makes you look like a deadbeat who doesn't pay their bills don't you?

I picked up the ringing line but did not utter a word.  I heard, "Please hold while we connect you to a representative" 20 times and then one "Please hold," then the line disconnected!

Yes they did the same to me. I blocked their one number and their text number. I guess I'll block this one as well. I ran into hardship and my July payment is late and so is my August payment, I finally scheduled my July payment but they keep calling. I've used all my deferments and skip a payments for the life of my lease so idk why they think calling me is going to help anything unless they plan on refinancing my loan for a lesser amt. They gave me a high rate and payments bc I didn't have a down payment. I didn't have bad credit so that's the only reason I think they gave me a 15.49% at $550 a month for 2014 Chrysler.

Considering interest rates, even today after they have gone up, that is a very high rate for a car loan.  You could have easily refinanced that at a lower rate.  I also am trying to figure out how you are leasing a car that is 8 years old.

As soon as you're a day late they start harassing you even if you have a payment scheduled they'll still call. Some ppls checks come on different days so they have to prioritize different bills. It doesn't mean you're a dead beat especially if you've fallen on hard times and had to pay your rent instead of a car payment. Ally charges an obscene rate and car payments. They've gotten in trouble for it before and they need to get in trouble again.

I got the car in 2018 bc my other car went. My score at the time was 650 I didn't have money to put down. The vehicle was $19900 after warranties and such the amount came to  a little over $26000. I tried refinancing but no one would take it due to the amt of the loan being higher than the cars worth. I've had it since 2018 and have been paying those payments for 4 years. And it's only gotten down to around a little over 18000. Most my payments went to interest and little to principal. It's very frustrating. Now my transmission went on it and it's either pay the car payments or save the money to fix it or have the bank take it back .
