You need to get credit counseling if those are the financial decisions you are making.  I'm sure that you can get those for free.

This is NOT Ally.  It a scammer from Cambodia & Pakistan area, spoofing a USA phone number, and calling themselves "Allied Financial". Even though I blocked these annoying call center pests eons ago, my smart call log shows they keep trying a few times a day to still get through. (After blocking, my phone doesn't ring, but they get a robotic message that their # is blocked and not allowed.) The dummies still try anyway, every day. 🤣🤦‍♀️ If I want a laugh, I occasionally pull up my block log, and see how bad they're trying to tear down my wall. These scammers are certainly relentless. Beware! There is nothing legitimate about any call from 855-306-6998.

What you are not considering is that they are most likely using an auto-dialer to make the calls and it cannot understand the message your blocker plays.  Such systems are usually listening for the person on the other end to say "Hello" before it transfers the call to an operator.  Since it does not recognize that the call has been "answered", it just puts your number back into the queue to be called again and again.
