Just received the same call and they are calling from (312) 888-7253 in Chicago, IL.

Got a call from UBS  Processing saying that I was being sued and I was like what are you talking about and that it had to do with a internet payday loan. That I would be served papers at work or at home. I looked them up and can't find anything on them and the number come up as a internet number. This is the only thing that came up about them are the posts on here.

The posts on the first page tell you what you need to know and where to report these crooks.

This company has broken several laws.  The are using an automated message.  The are not stating this is an attempt to collect a debt when they call.   They are not using the correct ID information on the caller ID.  Will be investigating further to see if we have grounds for class action law suit.

In order to sue, they have be found.  Good luck trying to find a physical address, that is not a UPS Store.

I got a call on th 22nd of this month saying I needed to call this 1-662-390-0110 because they are trying to send me important paper work. I called them from my work line. A man answered "processing" and then I could hear tim typing. I told him i was toldto call. I know he is entering in my phone number to pull my name up but I am not on the line they are calling me on so he hangs up on me. i called again and I got a woman. I gave her the number they keep calling. she then says she is calling about a pay day loan I took out in 2011. she said Bancorpsouth was sueing me for the loan which made no sense because thats my bank not a pay day loan place and it was in Basin county or something. I was annoyed because I got this scam a few years back so I am alarmed. I was waiting for the part where she asks me for money but it never came. I asked okay " what are you needing from me because if I am being sued just send me the papers. She said she was just taking my statement and then will send it to the clerks office where i was being sued in civil court. she said I signed for the loan with my email address which was an aol account I had YEARS ago. I was like no ma'am none of this is ringing a bell, and thats not my email anymore hasn't been for years. she said thats all i need " good luck " then they called back again today. I missed the call so i called them back. she said I already spoke to you and everything has been sent off. I was like well yall called me dumbass ....So I am not sure if this is a scam because they never asked me to send them mony but I actually think me calling from my business line spoked them. My company is real close to where the call traces back too. I will be waiting for my papers tho....in five years they could have found me and this is the first i have heard of this mess and I have never gotten a pay day loan in my life. I have been approved for them but i have never actually taken one out because of the high rates and the bull crap like this that seems to follow those places. Son't verify any imforamtion. All the info they had was old stuff they could gotten from any simple skip tracing.

I got a similar call from 1-855-410-4430.  first they said they were UBS Litigation trying to send me a summons to court for an unpaid Cash Now loan.  They already had my SSN, old address, bank account number and other personal info.  I fell for it at first and updated my info.  I told them I work for the bank and was searching the records for the deposit and bounced check they claimed and nothing was coming up.  He said he couldn't stay on the line with me.  So I got off and called back several time asking for their address and website to verify they are legit and all I could find was complaints about this being a scam.  I was hung up on several times.  The first guy, Marquese, wouldn't give anything and said he didn't have my case.  I said I didn't give you my info so how do you know you don't, he hung up.  So I called back and a woman answered, I didn't say anything, she said all we have is a PO Box 308 Hartford, CN and hung up.  So I called again got Alicia Riley, flood lead.  She said the complaints I am finding are from clients that are upset they are in litigation.  I gave the account number originally provided me and she placed me on hold and hung up.  Definitely a scam.  I reported them on many scam sites and turned what I had over to the credit unions security officer to investigate and if needed press charges.  They do have an automated system that does calling and an automated system when you call the number.  So they definitely are in violation of many laws.

They are harassing me. Wont stop calling relatives

I received a call from UBS, Jennifer Mill today as well. She said my friend took out a Pay Day Loan and he owed 2600.00, but they will settle for 450.00. The wanted me to pay with a debit or check card. They even asked me to pay with a walmart debit card. They had part of my best friends old address. He doesn't even live in the country any more. I set up all types of payment options. I am a prosecutor and am sending an investigator to Conn. to find Jennifer Mills. Her number is 84402423349 , ext. 118. If any one can support this story, I will have them prosecuted by December 31, 2016. We traced the call this afternoon. They were faulty enough to call me again. Bad move! They have call myself and almost every member of my family from multiple numbers.

I just got off the phone with Jennifer Mills a few minutes ago.  She wanted me to verify my social, which I did not, but she stated my entire social security number.  This is completely disturbing.  If you do prosecute I will definitely back you up.  They contacted my brother without contacting me first.  When I called her back to ask what this was about, she said I have 2 pending charges against me.  I work for a law firm and I've checked the courts, nothing and I also advised that I have received nothing from them.  This is unacceptable, these people need to be found and taken for everything they own.

I received the same call. She wouldn't give me her name. Just that it was UBS processing. I have been a victim of these phone calls for years now and am so very tired of them  the numbers they called me from are 844-240-1879 with message to call 855-203-0350.  Threatened pay garnishment or lawsuit. This call is a scam!!! Please do not give them any information at all!!  They may have your info and give you the last four of your social as well as addresses that you lived it.  Please do not give in.. You will not get arrested the next as they say...its just a scare tactic to get you to give up some money.  Stay safe everyone

I just received a phone call today from this same person. How can I report them?

Yes same thing happen to me. I request a validation letter, address and fax #. They told me no and were very rude and insulted me. Though I have them on a recorded line.

This is the second time someone has called me about this crap when i am deployed overseas. Technically they dont call me they call my mother back stateside and not sure how they got her number. I printed out my bank statement last time and faxed/mailed it to them with proof i dont owe crap from the dates they tried to claim. This was last year i believe or late 2015. Now this month someone named Jessica Mobley at 8552032460 called my mom and left her a callback saying i owe the collection agency and that i cant provide any evidence because they dont accept anything they are only mediators before i will be summoned into court. She tried to tell me how most people pay it off before they go to court or have a lawyer act on their behalf. She gave me an account number and company name with a date that match the first scam call from previous but the amount of money went up due to "interest fees". I told her i get current monthly credit reports from my bank and there has been nothing on there to eve match the b.s. she was telling me and she tried to tell me that it wouldnt show up there and that the collections agencies dont send certified mail, they call once and move on regardless if you answer. She really had my mom convinced. Im glad i took all her info down and googled this company. I tried to get a address but she claimed they had several offices all over usa and wouldnt give me a specific one. When i first called ghe way the guy answered the phone made me doubt its legitimacy period. This is ridiculous. I hope you get these people. Got a call from Heather Sanders with UBS processing at number 855-203-2282.  Called back and spoke to David White at 855-202-9979 ext 114 who was threatening to have someone come to my place of work and serve me or have me arrested if I didn't own up to a scam for a civil judgement from Cash Central.  When I didn't go for it, they said, we'll just have them come to your place of work and serve you and hung up on me.  When I tried to call back, I got a "Ms Jackson".  As soon as she found out who I was, she hung up on me.  Any time I tried to call back, they immediately hung up. I waited an hour and called back and amazingly, they couldn't find my name or information in their system.
