Received numerous calls from 855 203 2282 I finally called back said they were ubs procesding stating they had a fax order delivery.. stated it was for a payday loan from 9/21/ 2010.. 175.00
Stating they were going to garnish my wages .. 1st payday loans are ILLEGAL in PA... 2nd .. I've NEVER. . had a payday loan and if I did it would be alot more than 175.00... told to do whatever and hung up

Hi I experiencing the same problem with this person too. Last week I received a calls from Jennifer and Heather Sanders about a cash loan from ten years ago. Stating I never paid back which I did pay  back long time. Also said they sent notices to my address that I never received and owe $2,389 but they with settle out of court $480 then negotiated all way down to $200. She read out my whole SS number to me that im not comfortable with at all.They're thirsty. And will definitely going to report them.

I just got a called from a Ms. Jackson stating that she was calling to inform me of a court hearing set for Jan 27th and if I wish not to go to court I can settle the matter for at first she said $550, and when I kept asking question she got very very rude and hung the phone up.. she said it was a loan from some cash advance place I never heard of before,  and then said no you don't owe the $550, u owe $350... she called from 855-203-3352... I remember getting a payday loan but when I called the cooperate office and explain to them what happen, the lady told me that they don't threaten that's when one of  the workers looked In the system and she advice me that she do not have me in collection and she don't know why I was told I was being sued... the also inform me not to send any money and that that was a SCAM.. when I called UBS process and advice them that I know this is a scam she got highly ugly on the phone and than hung up the phone. She said before she hung up well u just gonna have to go to court.... ....

Hi has anyone received a call from 1888-565-4125 with the same issues? They gave out my information to a relative social security number included birth day address numbers everything. Threatened to take me to court to get the payment and if I didn't pay after that they would seize my property until they got their moneys worth

Talk to your JAG group, if you are active duty military.
The US Soldiers and Sailors Relief Act puts strict limits on what debt collectors can and cannot do as to active duty service people.

Total nonsense.  No debt collector can seize anyone's property.  Levies on property to satisfy a judgement on a debt would have to be ordered by a judge as part of a civil proceeding.  where all parties have a chance to make their case.  This is an attempt to scare money out of you
ignore and block the calls.

They keep calling saying I owe money and they never really say who they are.  They call my mom's house 2-3 times a day!  They will not stop

I'm a Police Lieutenant and the office manager got a phone call stating my wife had 24 hours to pay her unpaid pay loan from 2011. I asked my wife and she had no idea. I called Mr. Jones back and advised him to call me because I'm investigating his claim. I have not heard back from Mr. Jones.

I just received a call today from UBS Processing, David White.  Prior messages left for me from a 855.203.8164 saying that there is a fax waiting for me and I needed to call this number.  Today, he threatened garnishment of my wages and that papers will be served to me to show up in civil court - attorney name is James Osborne and suit will be filed in Los Angeles County.  Amount in dispute is from Sep 2012 of $650, and if I settled today it would be $400.  Otherwise, if I go to court and lose, then I would be responsible for the $650 + court fees + attorney fees = $1,950.  They referenced it was a JP Morgan Chase account that is not even mine, and the address and contact info was not mine either.  He also referenced an independent national locator Heather Sanders who was hired to locate me.  They referenced DL, phone numbers and addresses in AZ and I've never lived in AZ.  Though I refuted each of these facts, he stated there will still be a suit filed against me and I would need to go to court to refute directly.  If there are this many disputes even here on this site, why are these guys still in business???

Ubs processing called telling me I took out a loan last year for $5000 and havent paid it back. I've never gotten a loan. The name they have was my maiden name which I haven t had in 12 years. Also stated that of I didn't pay $2500 now and make automatic payments for the rest they were having me arrested and garnishing my check. They had all kinds of info. I called the police. Called from 8552037224 had me call back a number for heather sanders.

Just received a vm from heather sanders nicely saying this is her last attempt to reach me and i tries to call her back due me. Trying to fix my credit so i then got harassed telling me I had a court date for march and this and that got rude. So i said ahe didnt havw to speak snarky with me . she hung up called back several times after got hung up on no answer i need to speak to a supervisor or case manager and hung up on again. After that I called the court to make sure I did or didn't have a court date which I dont Scam ppl scam smh

They called me several times saying I owe a pay day loan that I got from another state I lived in. The caller said they would settle for 300.00 and to pay over the phone with my debit card and if I didnt I would have to go to court and have my wages garnished her name was Miss Jones.

I keep getting harassing calls from this number about about a payday loan debt from 6 years ago. They threatening to take me to court and asking for payment arrangements.

UBS keeps calling to send some docs for another person. Told them I'm not that person and to remove that number. Heather Sanders told me she will not remove it until she speaks to the person they are looking for. I told her I'm not that person and do not know that person. She hung up.
