Have received multiple calls from this number over the last few days .  Answered no response hangup .

No message. Blocked.

I keep getting calls from this number. They never leave a message. They call me at different times of tge day.

Called and left no message = blocked

They asked for me by my maiden name. I did not  have this phone before  I was married, blocked

Left no message-blocked. I did a *67 call back and the answering machine said it's a collection company. I collect garbage phone calls and send them to the dump - *63 ( Selective Call Forwarding to a disconnected # ).

I called back private, believe it was Qualia collections? Never heard of them.. no messages ever left and no paperwork in mail. May be a grey area agency, no idea why they would call me just paid off my one credit card debt..

You will need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation (by law they have to go back to the original creditor to prove you owe the debt), cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter (this will be the best money that you have ever invested).  Also send it first class mail in case no one will sign for it.  Make a notation of that fact at the bottom of the letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it.  Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front):  http://www.consumeradvocates.org/

It is incumbent upon them under the law to prove that the debt exists and that you owe it, and (this is the important part) that they have the legal right to collect it.  You are not obligated under the law to prove that you don’t owe or that it is paid.  

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Called here looking for First Last. I told her that nobody by that name works here. Then the woman asked "do you know First?" I said "no, nobody WORKS here by THAT NAME. Period. There is nobody here with that name." I hung up. WTF?

It shows up in my phone as spam caller. It say debt collector. They cannot be calling me.  Because I don.t owe a soul.

WOW!  Just WOW!  They already break Federal LAW by not showing the company identity in Caller ID.  When I called back, I got Baindu, who did speak perfectly understandable English.  She said they sent us a letter about whatever this alleged debt is on 4/23/17!  Yep, Over a year ago!  We had a death in the family that month, so I asked who the debt is for.  This idiot actually wanted me to give her my social security number on the phone!!!!!!!  I said I'd confirm address for another letter, but no one in their right mind would give their soc sec number over the phone.  Click.  I won't bothering with QCS again unless they send a letter.

Y'all crack me the fruck up!!!  Y'all know it's a collection agency.  Stop running from the call.  Answer it and "man up"  to the issue!

If they are breaking Federal and State laws with their collection practices then YES they should be shut down and the employees lose their jobs.  If they cannot follow the laws governing their business then they should not be allowed to continue.
