Got a couple of missed calls from this numbe,  realized it was verizon from the posts about this number,  recently cancelled my service due to a move, no message left after their calls, didn't bother calling them back.

It's Verizon following up from a  previous call with a survey of satisfaction.  

Appears to be Verizon but they just hung up when I answered

Verizon calling after talking to them on the phone. Hung up because it took more than a few seconds for the bot to kick into action, thought it was spam. Seems legit.

I had just placed an order to disconnect my landline since I am moving out of state and then left the house for errands. This number was on my caller id when I returned (unplugged answering machine so no message could be left) and it did say Verizon Survey. Called it back but also received a message that they had tried to reach me but no further action was needed on my part. If they try to call again, disconnect date is Friday so no more calls from them or anyone else, LOL!!!

It's Verizon, all right. I had called about an issue and this number called about an hour later. Unfortunately there was no caller ID so I didn't answer. Would have liked to have told them the person I spoke to earlier was very helpful, since she was.

Had just called Verizon regarding a billing issue and received a call immediately following

Caller ID: UNAVAILABLE. No message left. I don't answer calls if they don't ID themselves. Probably Verizon as I had just called about an email issue. Hey, Verizon! Why so rude? At least leave a message, jerks!

SCAMMERS. Beware

I called to disconnect service because I am moving.

I had just called Verizon customer service.

Called Verizon about a billing issue and they called from this number a short time after with an automated survey to ask about my experience.  I disconnected.  I can't give them my opinion until they've fixed the problem.

I just got a phone call from this number and it was from Verizon letting me know that my payment arrangement for my fios service was approved. I blocked their number by accident.

Got a call from 855-396-8939 today (Thursday) at 11:15 am EST.  Caller ID said "TOLL FREE CALL".  Call went to voice mail; no message left.  (I had called Verizon customer service yesterday, so it makes sense that this might have been Verizon.)
